The Braidwood Times is published Wednesdays and cover Braidwood and surrounding villages of Araluen, Majors Creek, Mongarlowe, and Nerriga, with some readership across Palerang shire into Bungendore, Captains Flat Tarago and Queanbeyan.

Braidwoodís first newspaper was published in 1858 and the town also boasted the first daily newspaper in regional NSW.

In one of the fastest growing regional area of NSW, the Braidwood Times has a growing circulation as it continues to support the thriving rural farming community which includes a strong cultural sector.
