Judicial Enterprise Enriching Banks and Damaging Taxpayers in National Foreclosure Fraud Scheme Busted by Framed/Imprisoned/Assaulted Common Law Expert Awaiting Governor Abercrombie's Decision Honolulu, HI—A top foreclosure fraud expert has been framed in retaliation for exposing banks, judges, and lawyers breaking laws and oaths of office in history's most damaging lending scheme, according to evidence openly presented in the First Circuit Court of Hawaii during an extradition hearing affecting defendant, Anthony Troy Williams. Williams, defending pro se, made mincemeat of State of Hawaii prosecutors in open court, causing them to reveal they had manufactured a fake fingerprint record with complicity by the FBI in Clarksburg, West Virginia. Nonetheless, Judge Richard Perkins denied Williams's release on bail and returned him to jail where he has been reportedly assaulted by sheriffs. "Private Attorney General" Anthony Williams, who pioneered Common Law Offices of America, also caused Judge Perkins to admit in open court that he may not honor his oath to preserve the Constitution of the United States and protect Williams as a sovereign citizen. In fact, the Court made it perfectly clear he was not even aware he had his oath of office on file. The shocking admissions were among several that occurred on both days of Williams's extradition hearing (Sept. 18-19, 2013) wherein the question of Williams's return to Georgia to face allegations of child molestation was to be decided. Williams shamed Attorney General (AG) David Louie's team of prosecutors, witnesses, and lead counsel Simeona Mariano, by exposing multiple counts of fraud in "railroading" Williams, evidencing complicity by the FBI that supplied, according to the State's leading witness, "Williams's finger prints" supposedly proving Williams committed his first theft at seventeen days of age, while "still in diapers." Witnesses on both sides of the gallery were shocked by the prosecution's "incompetence," Williams called it, supplementing his assertion of multiple State and Federals laws being broken by the Court and Louie's leading "expert" responsible for Williams's "framing." Still, the judge did not budge from continuing the case, denying Williams bail, and awaiting a signed order from Governor Abercrombie required by the State's extradition laws read to the Court by the chained and handcuffed Williams. Facts in the Case Encouraged by a gallery of Constitutionalists supporting the defendant, Williams belittled AG Louie for scheming his framing, false arrest, and malicious prosecution, to conceal a corporate banking enterprise damaging millions of American homeowners and taxpayers who are supposed to be protected by several Constitutional amendments. Williams had been defending victims of foreclosure fraud and eviction threats by the banks in multiple Hawaii courtrooms since June, exercising his right under Congress's civil rights law Title 42 U.S.C., Section 1988. That legislation, and substantial case law, affords private persons the right to act as "private attorney generals," and "attorneys-in-fact," on behalf of poor citizens who cannot afford attorneys, or do not trust attorneys because of re-mortgage deals made "behind closed doors" that often leave defendants in worse financial straits. Critics of refinancing schemes say the nationwide practice, administered through the courts and lawyers, best reflects "racketeering activities" as defined by law as a monopolistic "judicial banking enterprise" complicit in extortion, threatened property loss, abusive collection practices, and real estate theft, all neglecting Constitutionally-guaranteed due process and trials by juries. Complaints from multiple State and Federal judges to AG Louie brought Williams under investigation for "practicing law without a license," a charge that violates the aforementioned Federal civil rights and Constitutional mandates. Richardson Law School, in its 40 years of existence, has developed quite a reputation in the field for educating U.S. lawyers in the Pacific. The Richardson law school has also moved to develop a strong Master of Laws program that now attracts experienced foreign lawyers to study in Hawaii. This program is an engaging conversation that probes some of the the challenges that these foreign lawyers face with the U.S. legal education system, including the "socratic" method of teaching. The conversation also looks at the important contributions these international lawyers make to both the global viewpoint and "internationalized" education of future U.S. lawyers. Produced by Ken (Nichols) O'Keefe in early 2001, this is the virtually unknown story of Hawaii and the hidden Genocide being committed by the American government with the use of 'blood quantum' for the purpose of eliminating the Hawaiian national; and the reason America does this? Because according to their own laws, America never lawfully annexed Hawaii*, therefore according to law Hawaii never became a state, and if the Hawaiian land was never lawfully annexed, the only true claimant to the land, is the Hawaiian national.
Could Hawaii become a free nation once more? Nichols O'Keefe not only argues the possibility, he shows the peaceful, lawful process by which the Hawaiians (kanaka maoli) intend to free themselves of the American occupation; an occupation that has lasted well over 100 years, an occupation that has turned their island paradise nation into an American Empire military outpost, one that continues to be used as a staging ground for wars of aggression resulting in ever more death and destruction.
In 2008 the legislature of the reinstated Hawaiian Government (with Representative Ken O'Keefe of District 6, Oahu) passed a law that outlaws all weapons of mass destruction in Hawaii. In this bold move the Hawaiian Government has reached out to the world to see just how serious we are about ending imperialism and American domination of the world. Thus far the world continues to be oblivious to this cause and O'Keefe argues is missing one of the greatest opportunities of our time to affect disarmament and increase the chances for peace.
* Annexation was affected by joint resolution because the two/thirds majority that was needed to annex territory was not possible. In addition, the US Congress confessed in UNITED STATES PUBLIC LAW 103-150 that Hawaii was obtained by a conspiracy to overthrow the lawful government of Hawaii and furthermore that the Hawaiian people and nation have never relinquished title to their national lands. And to add to that, the anti-annexation petition that was circulated at the time of the proposed annexation of Hawaii to the United States had the signature of virtually every single Hawaiian living at that time.

LINDSAY LORD (1902-1991) was a New England naval architect with a doctor’s degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT). His expertise was in the field of planing hulls; small craft that skim the water.
It was during the American prohibition of alcohol that Professor Lord gained attention when wealthy private clients (the Mafia) commissioned him to do high-speed load carrying boats to run rum from Cuba. His designs were so fast that federal and state law enforcement could not catch them. Prohibition ended but Lord was not forgotten.
WWII broke out and the US Navy needed fast load-carrying hulls that could accelerate, maneuver quickly, and maintain speed in various sea conditions. Lord was commissioned as a naval officer and sent to Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. He was given unlimited resources to accomplish his mission of designing fast, seaworthy planing hulls for the Navy. Lord began with simple forms known to plane like existing Hawaiian surfboards. Using a local boat shop in Hawaii he created a number of model plates to test various sizes and forms to determine the best aspect ratio for planing. Aspect ratio is related to the size and proportion of the hull’s length and width. The model plates were then towed and resistance was measured with a remarkable new engineering device called an electric strain gauge, which was invented by Bob Simmons’ brother Edward “Dewey” Simmons at Caltech in 1938.
After the war Lindsay Lord published a book of his work titled “The Naval Architecture of Planing Hulls” in 1946. The book was often seen in Bob Simmons possession, and he shared it with some of his surfing friends. Simmons was a mathematician and very experienced with the Bernoulli’s Law and other theories that pertain to aerodynamics and hydrodynamics. After 1948 Simmons appeared at surfing areas with radically new surfboards that he would proclaim as “hydrodynamic planing hulls”. He would exclaim, “surfboards are planing hulls!” and then finally, like a lightning bolt through the California marine air: “…and these are my latest machines!”
The most efficient planing models tested in the Naval Architecture of Planing Hulls appear on pages 14 and 15. They are essentially neat, tidy, and carefully constructed versions of the paipo boards that Hawaiian surfers have been riding for generations. Simmons’ use of the information provided by these simple planing plates marks the moment when Western science merged with the mysteries of ancient Hawaiian wave sliding. Recently, the powers of these simple planing totems have been revealed by a group of young surfers in San Diego. In the late summer of 2009 Encinitas surfer/shaper Ryan Burch used blanks of closed cell foam to make a series of simple, rectangular boards that are nearly identical to the planing “plates” tested by Lindsay Lord in Pearl Harbor in 1946. Burch and his cohorts Lucas Dirkse and Eric Snortum surf these boards with amazing creativity in a universal surf/skate style. By deconstructing board design down to its simplest form they have demonstrated how the planing boards (the alaia, the paipo, and the simmons planing hull) laid the foundation upon which the surf/skate style was built.

Canibeat x Project-Definition | The Genesis (Quickie)
Last year, I ran across a facebook post about someone who had their wheels stolen out here in Hawaii. I shared the post and thought nothing else of it. A good friend of mine then called me the next day saying they think they found the wheels that were stolen. My buddies and I quickly phoned the guy who lost his wheels, Jon Jon, and set ourselves up to try and buy these wheels we ended up finding on Craigslist. A long story short, we got the wheels back by setting up a sting with the local law enforcement and got them back to the rightful owner that night!
After that, Jon Jon and my buddies quickly became friends as we all shared the same enthusiasm in cars and such. We even ended up filming this short "quickie" as it was late in the day and didn't have too many locations planned. We were suppose to add my 370z in the mix but we all got hungry...
Badass car, awesome stance, and great friend... Cheers buddy!

Kevin Pritchard's latest sport short features Graham Ezzy windsurfing on Maui, Hawaii. Here's Graham's take on working with Kevin:
"Kevin Pritchard has 8 windsurfing world titles and also makes films about windsurfing. Being the subject of his latest sport short, “Take 1”, makes me one of the happiest pro windsurfers on and off the water.
When Kevin showed me the first edit, I got goosebumps (or as they say in Hawaii: chicken-skin). It was surreal to see one of windsurfing’s heroes making a short about me. Some of my earliest memories of watching windsurfing events involve seeing Kevin boost 50 feet in the air before rotating into a delayed forward rotation. Or, when I was 16 and competing as the youngest pro on my second year of the professional windsurfing tour, KP added yet another world title to his collection.
Being filmed by a legend has benefits beyond the cool factor. Windsurfing is one of the hardest sports to film, according to every filmmaker I have ever worked with. The first take is the only take. Each wave breaks differently than every other wave. Framing can't be planned but must be improvised. The strong winds vibrate the camera and the long lens required to keep a tight frame on the windsurfer half a mile out to sea.
There is only one take for every shot. If that take is blown, the whole shot is gone.
When nothing is planned, having an 8x world champion behind the lens makes a difference. He can read me as I read the waves, anticipating my maneuvers. It’s like a dance to an unfamiliar song with a familiar partner.
KP doesn't have to imagine what its like to jump 50 feet into the air or drop into a 50 foot wave at jaws. He has done all that and more. When I take a foot off my board during a back rotation, I know that he was the first one to do it, winning a world title off that jump in 2002.
And even with Kevin's skill, shots still get missed. By some version of murphy's law it seems that the best moves escape capture and must live forever as a memory. Making a short like this, even just 4 minutes in length, takes a few months of filming.
