Art Directors Guild Nominations Announced
The ceremony will take place Feb. 8 at the Beverly Hilton.
American Hustle, Gravity and The Great Gatsby are among the film nominees for the 18th annual Art Directors Guild's Excellence in Production Design Awards, it was announced Thursday morning.
Breaking Bad, Behind the Candelabra and Arrested Development are among the TV nominees.

The film nominations are broken down into three categories: period film, fantasy film and contemporary film.
The period film nominations cover movies set in the pre-Civil War south through the late 1970s-early 1980s Abscam scandal. Those nominees are, in chronological order by the period depicted: 12 Years a Slave, The Great Gatsby, Inside Llewyn Davis, Saving Mr. Banks and American Hustle.
The fantasy nominees consist of movies set in outer space, the future and Middle-Earth. The fantasy nominees are: Elysium, Gravity, The Hobbit: The Desolation of Smaug, Oblivion, and Star Trek Into Darkness.
The contemporary film nominees are: August: Osage County, Blue Jasmine, Captain Phillips, Her (which technically takes place in the future) and The Wolf of Wall Street.
The TV nominations are broken down into the following categories: One-Hour Single Camera Television Series; Television Movie or Mini-Series; Half-Hour Single-Camera Television Series; Short Format, Live Action Series; Multi-Camera, Variety, or Unscripted Series; and Awards, Music, or Game Shows.
Noteworthy TV nominees include: Breaking Bad, Downton Abbey, Game of Thrones, Mad Men, American Horror Story: Coven, Behind the Candelabra, Bonnie and Clyde, new limited series Mob City, Arrested Development, Californication, Modern Family, Parks and Recreation, Veep, The Big Bang Theory, How I Met Your Mother, Portlandia, Saturday Night Live and The Voice.
The Emmys, Tonys, Billboard Music and American Music Awards were all nominated for awards as was last year's Super Bowl halftime show, featuring Beyonce.
Commercial and music video nominees, including The Arcade Fire's "Reflektor" and Justin Timberlake and Jay Z's "Suit & Tie," were also announced.

The awards recognize production design across those 10 categories.
The ceremony is set to take place on Feb. 8 at the Beverly Hilton Hotel, with comedian Owen Benjamin as the host.
At the ADG Awards, Martin Scorsese will receive the Cinematic Imagery Award, Rick Carter will receive the Guild's Lifetime Achievement Award, and Robert Clatworthy, Harper Goff and J. Michael Riva will be inducted into the ADG's Hall of Fame.
The nominations were announced by ADG Council Chair John Shaffner and Awards co-producers Dave Blass and Raf Lydon.
