Deontay Wilder defeats Johann Duhaupas in an exciting bout by 11th Round TKO in their September 26th, 2015 fight on PBC on NBC. Hailing from France, Duhaupas used his iron-will and iron-chin to last 11 rounds and give the Bronze Bomber a fight that fans won't soon forget. In each round, the fighters exchanged blows, but Wilder never let up with an onslaught of bombs, and finally in the 11th round, it was apparent that the fight would not be able to continue as Duhaupas was unable to take anymore punishment. After the fight, Deontay showed a great amount of respect for Johann by raising his hand to the Birmingham crowd to the cheers of everyone.
