The BRW GE Capital Momentum Awards, are Australia's only awards for top Mid-Market companies. The Mid-Market is a crucial and under-recognised part of Australia's economy, and we are determined to celebrate its success stories and its leaders.

To be eligible, you must be an Australian-owned private business with an annual turnover between $10 million and $250 million per annum.  This includes family businesses, partnerships, co-operatives, associations and non-listed public companies, provided that the company is neither majority foreign owned, nor majority owned by a listed company.

The close date for entries has been extended.  
Entries will be accepted until 5pm (AEST) on Wednesday July 9, 2014.

AGSM Executive Education is sponsoring a prize only for Category 4.  The prize is participation in the GE Capital & AGSM Mid-Market Growth Consortium program.  The prize includes participation for between 3 – 5 people from their senior leadership team to attend the 2.5 day program at the Sydney CBD campus of UNSW (total value of $19,800).  

 

5. Innovation in the Mid-Market (revenue $10 million to $250 million p.a.)  entry form

Demonstrated implementation of innovative products, technology or other changes within the organization delivering quantifiable business benefits.

 

6. Best Mid-Market business in regional Australia (revenue $10 million to $250 million p.a.)  entry form

High performance in revenue, profit and employee growth, demonstrated innovation and leadership in industry sector.

 

7. Best Mid-Market rising star (revenue $10 million to $250 million p.a.)  entry form

Demonstrated leadership within company and sector - winner must be 40 or under at 30 June 2014, open to all employees in a qualifying organisation.

 

8. Best Mid-Market exporter (revenue $10 million to $250 million p.a.)  entry form

Success in markets outside Australia.

 

9. Most successful staff engagement strategy (revenue $10 million to $250 million p.a.)  entry form

Demonstrated excellence in attracting and retaining staff.  Demonstrated results by way of engagement programs, measurement of staff alignment, turnover and success of other programs to attract and retain staff.    

 

10. GE Capital Award for Excellence

This award will recognise outstanding contribution to the Australian Mid-Market over a sustained period.  The judges consider all entrants from all categories for this award - no separate entry form is necessary.
