Mark Alan Kelso (born July 23, 1963 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) is a former American football player who was selected by the Philadelphia Eagles in the tenth round of the 1985 NFL Draft. A 5'11", 177 lbs. safety from North Hills High School and the College of William & Mary.

Kelso played in eight NFL seasons and his entire career with the Buffalo Bills from 1986-1993. His peak performance as a pro came during the 1988 season when he had intercepted 7 passes for 180 yards and one touchdown. Kelso appeared in four consecutive Super Bowl appearances for the Bills from 1990 to 1993. He was well known for wearing a "pro cap" on his helmet which was used to reduce the risk of concussions. He finished his career with 30 interceptions, 8 fumble recoveries, and two defensive touchdowns.

Starting with the 2006 NFL season, Kelso has served as the color commentator for Buffalo Bills radio broadcasts on WGRF 96.9 FM. He is the Development Director (since 2003-2004) at Saint Mary's High School in Lancaster, New York, as well as its varsity football defensive coordinator from the 2003-2010 seasons. Kelso also is a local baseball coach. Prior to that he taught fifth grade at East Aurora Middle School.

Lewis Paul (died 1759) was the original inventor of roller spinning, the basis of the water frame for spinning cotton in a cotton mill.

Lewis Paul was of Huguenot descent. His father was physician to Lord Shaftesbury. He may have begun work on designing a spinning machine for cotton as early as 1729, but probably did not make practical progress until after 1732 when he met John Wyatt, a carpenter then working in Birmingham for a gun barrel forger. Wyatt had designed a machine, probably for cutting files, in which Paul took an interest.

Roller spinning was certainly Paul's idea, and Wyatt built a machine (or model) for him. Paul obtained a patent for this on 24 June 1738. He then set about trying to license his machine, though some licenses were granted in satisfaction of debts. In 1741, he set up a machine powered by two asses in the Upper Priory in Birmingham, near his house in Old Square.

Edward Cave, a publisher, obtained a licence and set up machines in a warehouse in London. In 1742, he acquired Marvel's Mill on the River Nene at Northampton. He rebuilt the mill to hold four or five water-powered spinning machines, each with 50 spindles. This was thus the first cotton mill. Cave died on 10 January 1754, so that the mill passed to his brother William and his nephew Paul. Samuel Touchet, a London merchant had the mill until 1755, but made no profit. It may then have been let to Lewis Paul, but he died in 1759. The Caves forfeited the lease for non-payment of rent in March 1761 and advertised the mill to let in November 1761. By 1768, the mill had reverted to being a corn mill.

Kevin Breit is a guitar player from McKerrow, Ontario. His group, The Sisters Euclid, has been a fixture at the Orbit Room in Toronto for the past 13 years. Breit has worked as a session musician with a variety of musicians including The Miller Stain Limit, Norah Jones, Michael Kaeshammer, Celine Dion, Marc Jordan, Molly Johnson, Harry Manx and Holly Cole. He also performs as a solo artist and as a member of the folk group Folkalarm.

In 2006 Breit's band The Sisters Euclid released an instrumental Jazz Fusion album of Neil Young songs entitled Run Neil Run.

Tim Brando (born February 27, 1956, in Shreveport, Louisiana) is a radio host and CBS Sports studio host and play-by-play announcer.

From 1981–86, Brando was WAFB-TV Baton Rouge's assistant sports director and did telecasts of LSU basketball on Tigervision. From 1986–94, he served as a studio host for SportsCenter, for ESPN's college football halftime show, and for the network's coverage of the NCAA Men's Basketball Championship. In 1994, he provided play-by-play for TNT's coverage of the NBA Playoffs. Brando also called Atlanta Hawks and Atlanta Braves games for SportSouth during this period.

In 1996, Brando joined CBS Sports and began calling NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Championship games. Three years later, he added hosting duties on College Football Today, which is the broadcast network home of SEC football. He has also provided play-by-play for the NFL on CBS. In addition to his CBS duties, Brando calls games for Raycom's coverage of the Atlantic Coast Conference basketball telecasts. Tim is in his eighth season of hosting Raycom's Emmy Award winning show- "Football Saturdays In The South." He also hosts The "Tim Brando Show which airs weekdays from 10am–1pm (Eastern) on Yahoo! Sports Radio. You can hear the show on XM 208 and Sirius 94. On September 1, 2011, The Tim Brando Show began being televised on CBS Sports Network Monday through Friday from 9-noon CST.
