Start slow and work your way up to what your body is capable of is the key to your success. Performing jumping jacks and jump rope help increase the speed and improve balance. Climbing a rope is probably one of the most hated of all the exercises, but it helps build strength in the arms and tests your endurance. Push-ups, pull-ups, dips, doodles and poly metrics use all your body weight, your muscles. Ring work, heavy bags, speed bags and sparring work on your stamina, endurance and skill. Benefits of MMA Training There are many benefits to under an MMA class and the inclusion of these workouts in your daily exercise routine. The most obvious are the physical benefits. It will definitely help you to become fit, lean and physically conditioned. It will even help with weight loss. The average MMA training burns about 1000 calories per hour.
