Susan Blommaert (born October 13, 1947) is an American actress.
Biography
Blommaert acted in several episodes of the television series Law & Order and its spin-offs (ten separate episodes) and as a recurring character in The Blacklist as Mr. Kaplan. She has worked with Meryl Streep and Philip Seymour Hoffman in her most recent films.
