The Times of India (TOI) is an Indian English-language daily newspaper. According to Audit Bureau of Circulations, it has the largest circulation among all English-language newspapers in the world, across all formats (broadsheet, tabloid, compact, Berliner and online). It is owned and published by Bennett, Coleman & Co. Ltd. which is owned by the Sahu Jain family.

In the year 2008, the newspaper reported that (with a circulation of over 3.14 million) it was certified by the Audit Bureau of Circulations (India) as the world's largest selling English-language daily, ranking it as the 8th largest selling newspaper in any language in the world. According to the Indian Readership Survey (IRS) 2011, the Times of India is the most widely read English newspaper in India with a readership of 74.71 lakhs (7.471 million). This ranks the Times of India as the top English daily in India by readership.

The Times Of India was founded on 3 November 1838 as The Bombay Times and Journal of Commerce In Bombay, during the British Raj. Published every Saturday and Wednesday, The Bombay Times and Journal of Commerce was launched as a semi-weekly edition by Raobahadur Narayan Dinanath Velkar, a Maharashtrian Reformist. It contained news from Britain and the world, as well as the Indian Subcontinent. The daily editions of the paper were started from 1850 and in 1861, the Bombay Times was renamed as The Times of India after amalgamation of three more newspapers. In the 19th century, this newspaper company employed more than 800 people and had a sizable circulation in India and Europe. It was after India's independence that the ownership of the paper passed on to the then famous industrial family of Dalmiyas and later it was taken over by Sahu Shanti Prasad Jain of the Kunal Jain group from Bijnore, UP.

Sherlyn Chopra (formerly known as Mona Chopra) is an Indian model, singer and actress.

Chopra was born in India in 1984. She did her schooling from Stanley Girls High School. Gradually losing interest in her studies, she turned her attention to films.

Chopra's early acting career was mainly in B-grade Bollywood films. She appeared in movies such as Time Pass, Red Swastik and Game. She also appeared in the Telugu film A film by Aravind.. Chopra was the second guest on Bigg Boss (Season 3). She was evicted from the show on Day 27. She was also a presenter at the 55th Filmfare Awards held in February 2010.

Sherlyn Chopra has always desired to stay in the limelight. On 12 February 2012, after her birthday she published her first naked photo on twitter (Her twitter handle is @SherlynChopra), which was later deleted by twitter.

Sachin Ramesh Tendulkar ( pronunciation (help·info); born 24 April 1973) is an Indian cricketer widely considered to be one of the greatest batsmen of all time. He is the leading run-scorer and century maker in Test and one-day international cricket. He is the first player to score a double century in ODI cricket. In 2002, just 12 years into his career, Wisden ranked him the second greatest Test batsman of all time, behind Donald Bradman, and the second greatest one-day-international (ODI) batsman of all time, behind Viv Richards. Tendulkar was a part of the 2011 Cricket World Cup winning Indian team in the later part of his career, his first such win in six World Cup appearances for India. He is currently nominated for receiving the Bharat Ratna award.

Ranbir Kapoor (born 28 September 1982) is an Indian actor who appears in Bollywood movies.

Making his acting debut in the 2007 film Saawariya, for which he won the Filmfare Award for Best Male Debut, Kapoor earned positive notice for his performance in Wake Up Sid (2009). He later appeared in the romantic comedy Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani (2009) and the political thriller Raajneeti (2010), with the later being his biggest commercial success to date. Ranbir Kapoor, the son of actors Rishi Kapoor and Neetu Singh, was born into a family of Punjabi origin; his sister is Riddhima Kapoor Sahni. He is the grandson of actor and filmmaker Raj Kapoor, great grandson of Prithviraj Kapoor, nephew of actors Randhir Kapoor and Rajiv Kapoor, grand-nephew of actors Shashi Kapoor and Shammi Kapoor, and first-cousin of actresses Karisma Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor. Kapoor studied at Bombay Scottish School in Mahim, Mumbai and went on to pursue method acting at The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute in New York.
