How do spacesuits work? | James May Q&A; | Head Squeeze
You've seen the videos of those astronauts on the International Space Station getting suited and booted in a spacesuit before a spacewalk, but how exactly does the space suit work? A spacesuit has to protect you from the glaring radiation from the sun as well as keeping you warm from the extreme cold of outer space. As well as that is has to make sure you have enough oxygen and enough movement so you can actually do your job. It also has to be pressurised to about 4.7PSI. Otherwise the empty vacuum of outer space will make your organs increase to twice their normal size and you will meet a very unpleasant untimely death. Don't fancy building your own spacesuit, why not build an elevator into space? http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=annVRxRjj4c&feature;=c4-overview-vl&list;=PLMrtJn-MOYmeNkbYzXsEluioufGDxuqtO Martin Archer has all the information you need on when humans will be able to go to Mars http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fYthxj-bO0I&list;=PLMrtJn-MOYme6klSjJXoZfWmNZ6ZthOSA&index;=12 http://www.youtube.com/user/HeadsqueezeTV http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=HeadsqueezeTV- published: 08 Nov 2013

The Vomit Comet | When James May met Martin Archer | Head Squeeze
Have you ever been into space? James was lucky enough to go on a vomit comet. A vomit comet is a reduced gravity aircraft (or as Martin would call it, an aircraft that goes into free-fall (on a parabolic trajectory), resulting in apparent weightlessness) which provides a weightless environment. It doesn't reach the dizzy heights of the International Space Station but it does travel in the troposphere. Although James claims it didn't make him sick, we here at Head Squeeze HQ don't fully believe him! Apparently there is a weightless man floating around with a big net scooping up all the vomit that is floating around. Lovely! Do you get motion sick easily? Give us a thumbs up if you do! For more info on the vomit comet check out the vid NASA made: http://www.nasa.gov/audience/forstudents/brainbites/nonflash/bb_home_vomitcomet.html Or to see more of when James met Martin click here https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=QRnOk-3ixDQ Tom and Andrew have an awesome vid on the Large Hadron Collider http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jStudmvBkOY&list;=PLMrtJn-MOYme6klSjJXoZfWmNZ6ZthOSA&index;=8 http://www.youtube.com/user/HeadsqueezeTV http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=HeadsqueezeTV- published: 07 Nov 2013

YOUR LIFE IS ON FIRE
NO CLOUD MAY HARM YOU IN THE HEAVENS YOU ARE IN.
NO FROST MAY BURN YOUR HARVEST THAT YOU HAVE NOT BROUGHT IN.
NO RAT CAN BITE YOU, IN THE DEEPEST OF ALL SLEEPS.
THE FIRE IS INSIDE OF YOU.
TRUELY, THE FIRE INSIDE OF YOU!

Director's Cut - James Brown music video - It's Man's Man's Man's World
James Brown is a force of nature, a gift from heaven. He invented funk, but it was a symbol of freedom and success for millions of black American in combat for their civic rights, who saw him as a source of hope and pride. I tried to describe the richness of his life.
For this year’s Music Video Challenge, Saatchi & Saatchi in association with Universal Music Enterprises, the James Brown Estate, BUG and Genero.tv bringing together fresh filmmaking talent and iconic music with songs by the legendary James Brown.
The 2012 Challenge was in celebration of the James Brown catalogue being re-released on iTunes in May, and the re-issuing of the classic James Brown Live at the Apollo album later this year.
This is the director's cut version of the video music of James Brown - It's Man's Man's Man's World.

THE BOXER REBELLION: THE RUNNER
www.marc-ish.com
UK directing duo marc & ish created this film with The Boxer Rebellion. They gave us the track and we took the idea of honesty from the lyrics and created a narrative that would be both completely surprising and utterly compelling. We wanted to make a something that was seriously playful and naughty, but also might be profound, raw and honest. Two "it" girls come home from a party and we compress 24 hours of a drunken roller-coaster of highs and lows, passion and heartache into 4 minutes. We wanted to explore a frenzied relationship, present the viewer with something that might be seen at first glance as controversial or sensational, but break through this.... breakthrough the fashionista styling, photo-shoot imagery, the beauty, the sexuality, the crazy night out... and try and find an intimate humanity that is shockingly real. Honest. Why two girls? Why not? Love is love.

James May hates energy saving light bulbs! I James May Q&A; Extras I Head Squeeze
James May hates energy efficient light bulbs. Forget about that carbon footprint of his, he doesn't like the way it takes so long to light up. Instead we should all have LED lights. LEDs are the way of the future! Do you read in bed? Why not give us a thumbs up if you like tucking in with a good book like James. What has been the longest you put off changing a light bulb? Can you beat James' record of 4 months? How do plasma TVs work? I James May Q&A; I Head Squeeze
So how do plasma TV's work? Believe it or not the concept of plasma displays had been invented as long ago as the 1930's, Not quite 21st cutting edge technology! The idea is that instead of using electrons to create lines, the plasma screen uses three fluorescent light cells, one in each primary colour. Plasma displays are considerably shallower than older TVs, you can mount them on a wall and conveniently hide them behind a well-placed curtain. They can also be scaled up by adding more pixels and enough power to run them. The biggest plasma TV we found was a 152 inch! That's pretty much 3 meters long and will set you back a measly £380,000. I bet your TV is not as big as 152 inches! If you enjoyed this vid then why not give us a thumbs up or share it with your friends. If that didn't satisfy your quest for knowledge, James explains how quartz watches work in this vid: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8YUM2Y2vvY&list;=PLMrtJn-MOYmfqNgyPxx6NYMZnd25y4shc&index;=31 Matt Parker's Pixel Wars http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=JlL3KJSS5Bo&list;=PLMrtJn-MOYmdbPmMYmArKa-LPIQmeicJB&index;=24 James May's Q&A; - How Does A Quartz Watch Work http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=o8YUM2Y2vvY&list;=PLMrtJn-MOYmfqNgyPxx6NYMZnd25y4shc&index;=31 http://www.youtube.com/user/HeadsqueezeTV http://www.youtube.com/subscription_center?add_user=HeadsqueezeTV- published: 18 Oct 2013
