Obama Asks Senators to Reduce Iran Sanctions: US President Seeks Support for Diplomatic Path

JN1- American President Barack Obama has urged US Senators to back his proposals to reduce sanctions on Iran, in exchange for a reduction in Tehran’s nuclear programme.
Obama wants a six month window to give diplomacy a chance. If negotiations fail, the US leader says sanctions can be ramped up.
