Miss Universe 2013 in Russia: Venezuela’s Gabriela Isler Wins Top Beauty Crown in Moscow

Venezuela’s Gabriela Isler has been crowned Miss Universe during an evening of extravagance in Russia’s capital Moscow.

Isler, who beat off competition from 85 other contestants, becomes Venezuela’s third Miss Universe in just six years. Spain’s Patricia Rodríguez finished runner up, closely followed by Ecuador’s Constanza Báez.
