Account Support Manager

Job Description: Kampyle's Account Support Manager's responsibilities include: managing and optimizing Kampyle's self-service and support channels; acting as primary Support Helpdesk contact for our mid-market and Enterprise clients; supporting the Kampyle Sales team in our efforts to develop our client relationships, assess renewal and expansion opportunities and deliver account success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Client support via phone, email, social media forums and chat
  • Managing Kampyle's Self-Service and Helpdesk solution and processes
  • Supporting Small Business Sales retaining and growing client investment in Kampyle's platform and services
  • Understanding client needs and providing relevant, practical and creative solutions
  • Advocating client needs inside our organization
  • Ensuring successful solution design and deployment of the Kampyle platform
  • Demonstrating and reporting to clients on business value and applications of our analytics tools
  • Qualification and follow up for inbound leads
Requirements:
  • At least basic knowledge of HTML/JavaScript; high-level knowledge an advantage

Program Manager

Job Description: Serve as the program and project manager on multi-discipline Kampyle and client teams to deploy and manage the Kampyle solutions across strategic/expansion enterprise clients globally.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pre Sales Support / Support Sales Account Executive in pre sales project/program design and scoping development.
  • Project Management/ Develop and drive the complete project plan from kickoff through implementation, launch and initial optimization for assigned accounts; assess and analyze results focused on optimizing success KPIs.
  • Program Management / Partner with the Sales Account Executive in evaluating and owning the success of a client base across revenue, investment and usage for assigned accounts; assess and analyze results focused on optimizing success KPIs.
  • Program-Product Enrichment / Support the development of case studies. Capture and share customer feedback on product enhancements and service offerings and deliver to Kampyle.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years experience deploying software solutions within large client organizations
  • Proven track record of managing projects and delivering results
  • Strong client management and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Experience with web page design and ecommerce platform utilization
  • BA/BS required, MBA a plus, computer science background will be helpful
  • Significant experience working as part of a team
  • Management consulting experience a plus
  • Travel can be up to 30-40% of the time – on average 25%
