I bought Meclofenoxate (Lucidril), also known as centrophenoxine from Newstar nootropics under the Other Nootropics tab. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Meclofenoxate I hadn't tried nefiracetam and promising bursts of clarity and flow of thoughts with two days of usage at @ 30 to 40 mg, twice a day. As always, check with your doctor before taking any type of drugs into your body. I'm not responsible if the sh*t hits the fan with your own usage. You'll have to decide what works for you and what doesn't. I share with you my own experiences with doesn't equate to these Nootropics working for you the same way.
