I plan on repeating weeks 6-12 to further slim down and cut body fat. I started 12 weeks ago at 33% BF@ 265lbs Roughly. Currently down to 26% BF@ 253lbs. About 21.67lbs BF lost total. I am hoping grenade can help push me below 20% while slimming me down to 240-245lbs while maintaining muscle.
