NBC News Senior Political Editor Mark Murray declared on Friday that the problems associated with the health insurance exchanges website are going to be fixed before December, according to federal estimates. He told MSNBC anchor Tamron Hall that, once the website has been fixed, most Democrats and even some Republicans will move on forever from arguing over the Affordable Care Act.

Murray began by asserting that November 30 is the latest deadline by which point the government believes the health insurance exchanges will be operational online. He added that they will have to be because \

India\'s Mars Orbiter Mission, the country\'s first interplanetary foray, blasts off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, India.
India launched its first spacecraft \'Mangalyaan\' to Mars on Tuesday (November 2), a test of the emerging Asian nation\'s low-cost technology that could help it join a small club of space agencies to have explored the red planet.
The 4.5 billion-rupee (USD 73 million) Mars Orbiter Mission blasted off from the southeastern coast on Tuesday afternoon. If successful, the satellite will take about 300 days to reach Mars and will search for methane in the Martian atmosphere.
Only the United States, Europe, and Russia have so far successfully sent probes that have orbited or landed on Mars.

He added that they will have to be because "all of the traffic was supposed to start coming in December." RELATED: 10 Senate Democrats Demand Obama Extend Obamacare Enrollment Period "If it actually is fixed by November 30, I don't think there's going to be much of a problem," Murray added. "We'll look back on this two or three years from now and see that this was just kind of a was a blip on the radar screen, much like the president's first debate with Mitt Romney where it was more of a historical footnote than something that actually ended up mattering." Murray added that, once the website is fixed, most Democrats and many Republicans will abandon the battle over the Affordable Care Act and cease fighting about an issue that has dominated public discourse for the last four years. "After fighting this battle for more than four years now, Tamron, if the websites are up and operational, I think you will end up hearing Democrats and maybe some Republicans saying let's move on to other issues and stop fighting the same fight we've been fighting for the last four and a half years," he concluded.

The capital is preparing for a general strike with the members of the EU, IMF and European Central Bank - collectively known as the ,"troika" in town. They have been jeered by workers after a first round of meetings to check on the governments progress in implementing austerity-driven reforms. Students at the Polytechnic University of Athens have already felt the effects of a strike. The college is shut after administrative workers walked out over planned suspensions. The move is the latest in the government efforts to slash the costs in the public sector to meet the terms of the bail out. Twelve and a half thousand civil servants have to be suspended on reduced pay. Students have been left helpless and without classes. "I am in danger of never graduating if these measures are implemented. I won't be able to continue my studies. If the lay-offs are brought in and we'll have to pay tuition fees I won't be able to continue my studies. The difficulties are already many the way things are now anyway," said Danae Karydi an engineering student. The University is just one of several educational establishments to be hit by a strike since the start of the new school year in September. With rare access to a deeply troubled corner of Pakistan, this report asks whether the tribal borderlands are a ticking time bomb of extremism. For downloads and more information visit: http://www.journeyman.tv/?lid=65884&bid;=2 Out of bounds for most Pakistanis, this report gains rare access to a deeply troubled corner of Pakistan. The army claims it has South Waziristan under control, but is it a ticking time bomb of extremism? In a military hospital in Islamabad, hundreds of "profoundly damaged and disabled" soldiers are being treated. They've come from the western tribal belt, where for the last nine years Pakistan has been waging a largely hidden war against extremists. "There has been this double game that has gone on for many years, of Pakistan supporting the NATO presence in Afghanistan and at the same time allowing the Afghan Taliban to operate against the NATO forces", explains Pakistan's foremost expert on Islamists in the region, Ahmed Rashid. He claims the government's duplicity has radicalised a local variant of the Taliban. "There is now a full-scale extremist movement in Pakistan that is trying to overthrow the State." The agents of some of the worst acts of global terrorism inhabit this remote frontier. Yet many local villagers claim life under the Taliban "was normal" and "nobody was afraid". They argue the army intervention in the region has only been destructive. In an attempt to win hearts and minds, the army has opened a high school for girls, which aid workers argue is "critical for countering extremism". However Pakistan's Taliban vow they're determined "to escalate the war". ABC Australia

India's Mars Orbiter Mission, the country's first interplanetary foray, blasts off from the Satish Dhawan Space Centre in Sriharikota, India. India launched its first spacecraft 'Mangalyaan' to Mars on Tuesday (November 2), a test of the emerging Asian nation's low-cost technology that could help it join a small club of space agencies to have explored the red planet. The 4.5 billion-rupee (USD 73 million) Mars Orbiter Mission blasted off from the southeastern coast on Tuesday afternoon. If successful, the satellite will take about 300 days to reach Mars and will search for methane in the Martian atmosphere. Beside the objection to such a mixture to heterogeneous powers, the trust and the temptation would be too great for any one man; ...
