Coleman Carter is the energetic Culture, Inclusion, and Diversity (CID) subject matter expert, and HR consultant, for a global $6 billion dollar technology organization. She partners as a consultant to create, develop, and manage the CID initiatives, while increasing inclusion awareness and providing governance for the business councils. She has worked in corporate America for 20 years, and is the former deputy mayor for the Village of Hanover Park. She holds a Bachelor and a Master of Science degree from Roosevelt University in Chicago. The Team - Sedrik R. Newbern is President and Founder of Newbern Consulting Group, LLC specializing in marketing consulting, relationship coaching and motivational speaking. holds a BS in Marketing from Western Kentucky University and an MBA with a concentration in Economics from Tennessee State University.He has recently authored a book entitled, Unconditional Forgiveness, Lessons on Letting Go To Build Better Relationships; Dana Simone Stovall is the founder and CEO of Destiny’s Door, she is blessed to live out her life’s purpose, which is to help children grow into competent and relevant adults. She challenged a local school board on a discriminatory issue and presented the solution. As a result, the practice was amended district-wide. Graduated Magna Cum Laude in 1992 from Wiley College in Marshall, Texas.
