Born in Milan 1899, died in 1970; civil servant; author of poems and short stories; published under the pseudonyms V. Ero, V.A. Negus, Wanda and P. Squano, anarchist, antifascist and satirical articles for the most part in Italian socialist, anarchist and illegally distributed periodicals.
