, anarchism, radical, labor, syndicalist, Situationists, libertarian, Lettriste
who faded out in vast sordid movies, were shifted in dreams, woke on a sudden Manhattan, & picked themselves up out of basements hungover with heartless Tokay & horrors of Third Avenue iron dreams & stumbled to unemployment offices,

who walked all night with their shoes full of blood ...

As a Jew Kafka was isolated from the German community in Prague, but his friend & biographer Max Brod tried to promote his career as a writer. But Kafka published only a few stories & instructed that upon his death his manuscripts be destroyed. Brod betrayed him & got them published.
