Its development required a long & painful process over six long years during which the participation of thousands of Méxicans developed slowly, almost imperceptibly, as the backbone of this document.
Indeed, although the likes of Ricardo & Enrique Flores Magón, Juan Sarabia, Camilo Arriaga, Librado Rivera, Antonio I. Villarreal, Antonio Díaz Soto y Gama, & Rosalio Bustamante appear as signatories on the various documents that constitute the process of drafting the Manifesto & Program of 1906, they were not alone: this work represented the aspirations of a very large part of Méxican people & involved the collaboration of thousands in a vast range of activities ranging from economic cooperation through the work of inter-party correspondence to open involvement in propaganda.
Therefore, one can say that the Manifesto & Programme of 1906 is the synthesis of a collective effort, to some extent anonymous & hence its greatness.
