Indian scientists and engineers work with their staff on the Mars orbiter spacecraft at the satellite center of Indian Space Research Organization (ISRO) in Bangalore, India, Wednesday, Sept. 11, 2013. Indias ambitious USD $71,096,068 Mars orbiter mission is scheduled to be launched by Polar Satellite Launch Vehicle (PSLV-C25) between Oct. 21 and Nov. 19, 2013 from Sriharikota in south India, project director Arunan. S said Wednesday.
