There are 3 mistakes that most people run into when trying to get results with intermittent fasting: 1) Not consuming enough calories. Not eating enough calories while intermittent fasting will cause you to loose hard earned lean muscle, it will slow your metabolism / digestion down and it will cause you to have low energy and feel sluggish. 2) Not eaingt clean. If you trying to be healthy, lean, muscular, and improve your skin and digestion you have to eat clean. Dont be fooled into thinking that because your intermittently fasting you will see results with a crapy diet. Stack the cards in your favor, intermittent fast and eat a clean diet based on fruit and vegetables, clean protein, and healthy fats. 3) Having the feeding window to early in the day. The best feeding window for most people is either 12 to 8pm or 1 to 9 pm. This allow you to fast in the morning while your active and during that time your body is naturally cleansing... take advantage of that and dont eat in the morning time.
