In Loving Memory of Jessica "Jessie" Madison Jacobs November 14th 1990 - May 10th 2008 "In life there will be ups, there will be downs, both cannot be predicted. But making the most of the time you spend with your family and friends, you can surely make yourself and others happy" - Jessica Jacobs Jessica, known as Jessie, was a beautiful, bright 17 year old. Jessie was known as for her recurring role on The Saddle Club as Melanie Atwood. Although Jessie was on a popular TV show, she didn't let the fame go to her head, she still treated everyone the same. Jessie was kind, loving, generous and loyal. Jessie studied ballet and classical violin when she was 6, she eventually learned how to play the bass guitar. 1 month before her death, Jessie took a break from acting to focus on school and music. Jessie was planning to attend Victorian College of the Arts to establish herself as a musician. She also planned on moving in with her older brother Adam. Jessie was 6 months away from graduating from college. On May 10th 2008, Jessie was on her way to meet her mother to buy Adam a Birthday present whose Birthday was 2 days later. Jessie planned to catch the train, she was walking along the platform at Cheltenham Railway Station in Melbourne when she tripped and fell onto the tracks infront of an oncoming train, she died instantly after the train hit her. Jessie was 17 years old. It took the police several hours to locate her family because she had stayed at her friends house the night before and she was carrying a fake ID. Adam said: "We were very close, I loved her so much, she was my hero, really" A year after she died her mother started "The Jessica Jacobs School of Drama" At her funeral, her mother sung quietly to Jessica whilst walking behind the horse drawn carriage, Jessie was her only daughter. Rest in Peace Jessie, forever young, forever loved.
