I was quite surprised to learn I needed special clothing to cycle. To have my knowledge of the Highway Code and relevant law questioned by somebody so flagrantly in breach of it was rather amusing. Using traffic calmed, 20mph residential streets as a rat run she would have gained two car lengths at most. A cyclist from Croydon has become a hit on YouTube for his videos that document London's roads from a two-wheeled perspective. Gareth Williams, alias CycleGaz, gets tens of thousands of hits for his videos that show incidents both of dangerous driving and cycling. Using a camera fixed to his cycle helmet, Mr Williams records his altercations with drivers. He told the Telegraph, "As a road user in all forms -- I drive a car as well, I walk -- I'm interested in road safety and I think anything I can do to educate people or highlight issues I see as positive." Earlier this week the Mayor of London vowed to make 33 of London's junctions safer following the deaths of six cyclists in a fortnight. "The cycling revolution will continue," Boris Johnson said whilst addressing a cycling safety conference in London. Plot
Tae-han(Park, Kwang-jung) runs a small stamp shop in a small town. One day finding out that his wife is having an affair, he decides to witness his wife's infidelity before his eyes. Knowing that his wife's lover, Joong-sik(Jeong, Bo-seok), is a taxi driver, he goes to Seoul, intentionally gets Joong-sik's cab and asks for a long-distance drive. They encounter various situations; sometimes fighting, sometimes sharing excitements.

Plot
The efforts of test pilot John Mitchell to make a better life for his wife Mary and their two children seem doomed to failure and he blames himself. At the Conway Aero-Manufacturing Company of Wolverhampton, Mitchell is to take the company's new rocket-propulsion transport plane up for tests, fully loaded and carrying two important passengers - Ministry official Crabtree and buyer's representative Ashmore. Mitchell learns from his boss, Reg Conway, that if Ashmore does not recommend the plane, the company will be out of business and Mitchell out of a job, since the plane is not even insured as the firm's entire capital is tied up in the plane. Aloft, an engine catches fire and the passengers and other crew bail out, but Mitchell refuses to obey orders to jettison the plane in the Irish Sea.

Plot
Cop-hating Johnny Strabler is recounting the fateful events that led up to the "whole mess" as he calls it, his role in the mess and whether he could have stopped it from happening. The Black Rebels, a motorcycle gang of which Johnny is the leader, cause a ruckus using intimidation wherever they go, with their actions bordering on the unlawful. On the day of the mess, they invade a motorcycle racing event, at which they cause a general disturbance culminating with one of the gang members stealing a second place trophy to give to Johnny. Despite not being the larger winning trophy, it symbolizes to Johnny his leadership within the group. Their next stop is a small town where their disturbance and intimidation tactics continue. Some in town don't mind their arrival as long as they spend money. Harry Bleeker, the local sheriff, doesn't much like them but is so ineffective and weak that he doesn't do anything to stop them, much to the annoyance of some of the other townsfolk, who see the gang as being a criminal element not to be tolerated. Johnny is attracted to the innocent Kathie Bleeker, the waitress at the local café, who is initially intimidated by Johnny and the gang. His feelings change when he learns she is Sheriff Bleeker's daughter. The actions of the gang escalates when the Beetles, a splinter group of the Black Rebels, arrive in town. The initial refusal to take actions by the Police on this incident was re-activated some days later by the pestering of the aggressors on the Police to get my personal details and their intentions to take civil actions against me (ironically). Eventually the Police got to see this video and pressed charges against them instead.
Having contacted Lambeth Council and The Friends of Kennington Park to clarify this matter they confirmed that there are currently no restrictions to cycle in and across the park and the signs shown in the video were placed there at the time of its construction and are no longer valid.

I was quite surprised to learn I needed special clothing to cycle. To have my knowledge of the Highway Code and relevant law questioned by somebody so flagrantly in breach of it was rather amusing.
Using traffic calmed, 20mph residential streets as a rat run she would have gained two car lengths at most. She went through the lights on the same green as the other cars holding her up so her delay? Two seconds.

A London cyclist films near misses on the capital's roads as Boris Johnson vows to improve cycle safety at junctions.
A cyclist from Croydon has become a hit on YouTube for his videos that document London's roads from a two-wheeled perspective.
Gareth Williams, alias CycleGaz, gets tens of thousands of hits for his videos that show incidents both of dangerous driving and cycling.
Using a camera fixed to his cycle helmet, Mr Williams records his altercations with drivers.
He told the Telegraph, "As a road user in all forms -- I drive a car as well, I walk -- I'm interested in road safety and I think anything I can do to educate people or highlight issues I see as positive."
Earlier this week the Mayor of London vowed to make 33 of London's junctions safer following the deaths of six cyclists in a fortnight.
"The cycling revolution will continue," Boris Johnson said whilst addressing a cycling safety conference in London.
"This is not the time to slacken off or give up because if we get this right, the prize is huge. London should be in many ways a perfect city to ride a bike."

Cyclist first beats the red light at a traffic junction. He then road hogs on the right-most lane of a busy road during peak hours, without any intention to turn right. Cyclist rides unpredictably on the dotted road line, moving left and right on the line and suddenly cuts into lane of vehicle at 0:48, causing me to jam my brakes and honk. The only honk was made at this point of time. The rest of the video speaks for itself.
I seek other motorists who were present at the scene to share any video evidence (with sound preferably), of the events which happened.
In-car video was taken on 8 October, approximately 7pm. Happened at the traffic junction turning into Vivocity Carpark.
Cyclist apprently breaks 3 traffic rules in this video:
1. Beating the red light (0:16)
2. Travelling on right-most lane without any intention to turn right (throughout video)
3. Stopping in the middle of the road twice, asking for a fight. (0:53 and 1:56)
Hope this video serves as a reminder to all motorists and cyclist to be more mindful of the traffic rules and their own safety.

Cycling, also called bicycling or biking, is the use of bicycles for transport, recreation, or for sport. Persons engaged in cycling are cyclists or bicyclists. Apart from ordinary two-wheeled bicycles, cycling also includes riding unicycles, tricycles, quadracycles, and other similar human-powered vehicles (HPVs).
Bicycles were introduced in the 19th century and now number about one billion worldwide. They are the principal means of transportation in many regions.
Cycling is a very efficient and effective mode of transportation optimal for short to moderate distances. Bicycles provide numerous benefits compared to motor vehicles, including exercise, an alternative to the use of fossil fuels, no air or noise pollution, much reduced traffic congestion, easier parking, greater maneuverability, and access to both roads and paths. The advantages are at less financial cost to the user as well as society (negligible damage to roads, and less pavement required). Criticisms and disadvantages of cycling include reduced protection in crashes, particularly with motor vehicles, longer travel time (except in densely populated areas), vulnerability to weather conditions, difficulty in transporting passengers, and the skill and fitness required.

A police officer (also known as a policeman or policewoman, and constable in some forces, particularly in the United Kingdom and other Commonwealth nations) is a warranted employee of a police force. In the United States, "officer" is the formal name of the lowest police rank; in many other countries "officer" is a generic term not specifying a particular rank, and the lowest rank is often "constable". Police officers are generally charged with the apprehension of criminals and the prevention and detection of crime, and the maintenance of public order. Police officers may be sworn to an oath, and have the power to arrest people and detain them for a limited time, along with other duties and powers.
Some police officers may also be trained in special duties, such as counter-terrorism, surveillance, child protection, VIP protection, and investigation techniques into major crime, including fraud, rape, murder and drug trafficking.
Responsibilities of a police officer are varied, and may differ greatly from within one political context to another. Typical duties relate to keeping the peace, law enforcement, protection of people and property, and the investigation of crimes. Officers are expected to respond to a variety of situations that may arise while they are on duty. Rules and guidelines dictate how an officer should behave within the community, and in many contexts restrictions are placed on what the uniformed officer wears. In some countries, rules and procedures dictate that a police officer is obliged to intervene in a criminal incident, even if they are off-duty. Police officers in nearly all countries retain their lawful powers, while off duty.
