On October 2, Colombian Ambassador to the U.S. Carlos Urrutia met with U.S. Congressman Eliot Engel (D-NY), Ranking Member on the House Foreign Affairs Committee and former Ranking Member of the Committee’s Subcommittee on the Western Hemisphere. During the meeting, the two discussed a series of issues relevant to bilateral and regional relations.
