Professional Support Lawyer

We are looking for an experienced and high performing Professional Support Lawyer to join our corporate practice group, based in Sydney or Melbourne on a 12 month contract. This is a part time position, working three days per week.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing knowledge management (KM) support to the Corporate practice group nationally.

Key responsibilities include:

• Drafting and updating precedents/standard form documents, with specialist input from fee earners as required.
• Assisting the KM partners to manage and organise the group's KM activity around agreed KM priorities.
• Encouraging and driving contributions of work to be included on the firm's knowledge management system and promoting materials available within the team.

The ideal candidate will be a qualified lawyer with four + years post-qualification experience. You will be a self-starter who has substantial practical experience in a wide variety of Corporate and Equity Capital Market transactions and will enjoy actively keeping abreast of current developments.
