Duties Include: • Managing a portfolio of 150 new/near new apartments • Handling repairs and maintenance • Open for inspections • Rent arrears The successful candidate will have: • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Previous Property Management experience • A commitment to delivering high level customer service • Corporate presentation • Embrace modern systems & procedures You will be an experienced Property Manager with at least 12 months experience managing a Portfolio. You will be looking for the next challenge in your career and come with a solid track record in exceptional customer care. You will be polished, articulate, strong communication skills and a forward thinker. You have your own car, valid driver's license and a current Agents Representative Certificate. Experience with MacPro would be advantageous. You will be a friendly person with a strong customer service focus and who can work within a large, friendly team.
