Can anyone help with a request please?

Im looking for the peel sessions recorded by The Outcasts and Rudi.the outcasts did 2 in 81 and 82 and Rudi in 81 i believe.ive seen them posted on youtube but im looking for them in mp3's. Im asking for these as i watched the film Good Vibrations last night (my DVD arrived yay!)its available here Good Vibrations DVD from Amazon and is definitely worth a watch and purchase( for those who dont know its the story of Terri Hooley and his setting up of the label/collective of the films title.a brilliant film). Anyway it reminded me that these bands had recorded sessions for Mr. Peel and try as i might i cant find them. Can anyone help fill this gap in my collection? Thanks

EDIT: Many thanks to Dirk over at http://sexy-loser.blogspot.de/ who very kindly sent me the outcasts from 82 and rudi from 81 peel sessions. Check out his blog some great Peel related stuff there and lots of other goodies. Thanks very much mate its much appreciated.

The Clash - Audio Ammunition

Evening all.Thought id start with a bit of advice. If any of you are in London or are planning to come to London before this Sunday Sept the 22nd get yourselves down to 75 Berwick Street(just off Oxford Street) to the Black Market Clash pop up shop/exhibition. Its feckin great. I went there today and to be able to see so many iconic pieces of clash ephemera is a chance not to be missed.(my 2 year old daughter slept through it!)I will post some photos if anyone cant make it down and would like to see any.
So when i got home in the email inbox was a link for this piece you see above. Id not heard of it before getting it but apparently its a new 5 part mini documentary(in its original form)featuring video interviews with all of the band,Joe strummer appearing courtesy of unused clips from The future is unwritten i think, and i believe the whole thing ties in with the exhibition and release of the box set etc etc.anyway this is the documentary but in a single podcasty mp3 kind of thing with all 5 parts joined together.so as you know im a bit of a technophobe so ive no idea how the sender(thanks to jimbo in antrim for the link!)was able to do this.ive just looked on youtube and just watched part 1 there.anyway each part is about a studio album and the whole thing lasts a little over 40 mins.does anyone know or have a link to a file where i can watch all 5 parts in one go?surely someone must be able to join all 5 parts together? If you can please get in touch via the comments.so please listen to this, enjoy and then leave a comment.thanks!

UK Subs - Punk can take it !

Evening all. Ok bit of a story behind this post.Ive been reading an excellent book while i was on holiday in Galway last week called "The palace and the punks" by Tony Hill. Its all about the ups and downs of a club called The Grey Topper. Based on personal recollections and interviews with musicians who played there, people who went to and worked there, it is a wonderful picture of life and a story a lot of us will be able to connect with and remind us of our youths. A very warm and a lot of the time laugh out loud funny story (wait till you read the one about adam ants jacket!!) it is a wonderful read and i highly recommend you buy it. You can get it on amazon here the palace and the punks in paperback and kindle versions at a very good price. Anyway there is a wonderful story about the UK Subs and it mentions a short film called "Punk can take it" directed by Julian Temple. Id never heard of it before so i asked Camden Dave what he knew of it and whether he had it. Lo and behold here it is. Its directed in a mock wartime public information style and features a mix of live footage and staged pieces too with guest appearances from the likes of Ed Tudorpole etc. When released it apparently played as an opener to the film Scum the brutal prison film with Ray Winstone. So its over to you guys to watch, enjoy and then leave a comment.thanks!!
p.s dont forget to check out the book you wont regret it

Calling Clash Fans - Should i buy this?

As you may have gathered by now i am a bit of a Clash obsessive. This mega deluxe box set is released in September and contains remastered versions of all studio albums, discs of demos rarities, live tracks ,dvd's of official videos, reprints of armagideon times, stickers badges etc etc etc and all presented in boom box style packaging designed by Paul Simonon. Now my dilemma as i own all the albums on vinyl and cd (although i cant find the sandinista vinyl!)is whether or not to buy this set.it does come with some choice extras(although i dont know the track listing of the demos and rarities) and would look feckin great in my living room with the rest of my collection. On amazon its available to pre-order for £111.81p. if i dont get it now should i wait till it comes out and then risk having to pay more or take a chance that it will be available for a bit less. I missed out when the cd-singles box set came out first but want to get that as you can get it on amazon now for about £20-25.so what should i do?buy it or forget about it?wait and risk missing out?anyway over to you listeners.id really appreciate your thoughts on this.thanks very much

The Specials - Live Louisiana,New Orleans January 1980

Edit:Good evening everyone in interweb land and a belated Happy Christmas to you all.For your listening pleasure this evening we present this wonderful "missing" show from the Specials recorded at the Warehouse in Louisiana  New Orleans on January 26th 1980.This show was very kindly donated by Lordgeorgejerry who didnt record the gig but who was there and owns the master recording of this show and he has very kindly sent me a d/l link for the show to post on the blog. I also have to thank Deco for doing a great job in splitting the file into individual tracks.
