First of all, terrific color, great elegance to it, beautiful green, no browning or any character other than beautiful green color. Nose, this is an exciting wine. It's got all the characters you would expect from a terrific chardonnay. It's got elegance on the nose, beautiful stone fruit, still a little bit of peach but you could recognize that this one is going to be lovely and lean on the palate. It's got all the characters you want from chardonnay. It's got beautiful oak. It's got some beautiful lees stirring. It's got great fruit. Let's taste it. It's smell delicious. This is the style of Australian chardonnay that we should be making from now on. It's lean. It's tight, still generous fruit. It's not over the top with oak, not over the top with alcohol, not over the top with merlot. It's clean, fresh and beautiful drink and it's got great length and great chardonnays, great white wines, all wines, all great wines have beautiful length. This wine would be great with seafood but something with seafood that has got a bit more texture, a bit more flavor, maybe a salmon steak but you could also go to tuna as well and you could also have it with chicken.
