According to TMZ, Alejandra was granted permission in September to have Jackson's wages garnished until the debt was paid in full.
This isn't the first time that Jackson has been accused of being unable to pay his monthly child support bills.
Because of his past history, the Los Angeles County Child Support Services Department has asked the court to order Jackson to pay the debt or face time.
If he does not pay the debt, he could face up to 20 days in jail.
The singer recently revealed plans to build a Jackson family-themed resort.
