It may be a stretch in these internet times to remember back that far, but perhaps some people will recall a distant July 2009, when Amazon made the literary gaffe of all gaffes late one night by reaching virtually into Kindle users’ libraries, located…

-Tuesday Oct. 6th: Sustainable Cycles: Bicycle Down the West Coast, Meet Women, Talk about Menstrual Cups, and Live on $4 a Day- 6-9pm
**Two years ago, after graduating from college, Toni and Sarah met at a dance festival in North Carolina and decided to ride bicycles from Albany, NY to Ann Arbor, MI— for the adventure, to see some world, to make connections to people, and to see where we got to without any plans.
So recently we had this idea… to go on another bike trip, with more of a purpose: to bike down the West coast and talk to women that we meet along the way, make woman-to-woman connections and convince them to switch to using a menstrual cup. One-at-a-time spread this information to women who otherwise might never have access to learning about non-disposable menstrual options. It seems to me that the number one way this revolution grows is through personal testimony of friends-to-friends.

No War but Class War – September 2011 12:51 pm / 30 September 2011 by Phil Dickens, at Truth, Reason & Liberty
In the United States, unions have declared their support for the occupation of Wall Street and are planning supporting rallies. This certainly adds legitimacy to the action in terms of links to class struggle, however it is still far short of the wave…
Repent Soothsayer, Said the Tick Tock Man 12:04 pm / 30 September 2011 by Roderick, at Austro-Athenian Empire
To see two preview clips from tomorrow’s Doctor Who finale, click here and scroll down to “The Wedding of River Song: Previews: Reveal” – not to be confused with “The Wedding of River Song: Introductory Videos: Reveal.” (There’s other cool stuff there too.)
To say that these previews involve SPOILERS would be an understatement. In fact the mere still images displayed before the clips start playing contain spoilers, which is why I haven’t embedded them here.
Later tonight I plan to offer some speculation in the comments section here, so for those who find mere speculation spoileriffic, stay away from the comments section.
In the meantime, check this out if you dare. Its content isn’t spoileriffic (as it’s about 1970s Who), but my linking to it in this context might be.
