Heart Dorset (formerly 2CR - Two Counties Radio) was a British Independent Local Radio station, broadcast from studios at a former carpet shop on Southcote Road in Bournemouth. Its original name was derived from the fact that its broadcast area included parts of the counties of Dorset and Hampshire. The station was merged with Heart Hampshire in July 2010 to form the regional station Heart South Coast.

Former BBC Radio Solent presenter John Piper launched the station in 1980, with the words Good Morning Hampshire, Good Morning Dorset. At that time, 2CR consisted of a full service station with music, personalities, phone-ins, and a local news service. The station's longest serving staff member was office manager Rosemary Mundy, who worked for the station from its launch until 2009.

The station gained its highest RAJAR listening figures at the turn of the millennium with a successful daytime line-up consisting of The Morning Crew (Richie, Martyn & Emma), Katherine Orman from 10am-2pm and Adrian Clarkson from 2-7pm. Clarkson was replaced by GWR network presenter Rob Smith in 2002 and Orman left shortly afterwards to be replaced by James Lloyd from Fire Radio.

Sam Bond (born 1983 in Christchurch, England) is an English amateur natural bodybuilder, weightlifter and television personality who has competed for the British National Bodybuilding Federation and the National Physiques Competition.

He attended St. Peter's School and spent summers as an RNLI lifeguard before going on to have a career as a fundraiser[1].

In 2006, he came third in the national championships behind two professional bodybuilders. He is one of the highest ranked amateur natural bodybuilders and hopes to become professional later this year.

Bond starred as Atlas in the 2008 revival of cult British television series Gladiators until 2009 when the series ended. His favourite events are Hang Tough and Gauntlet. Then from late 2009 to early 2010 he starred, at the Mayflower Theatre, in 'Santa Claus and the Return of Jack Frost' as Thaw the Glaciator, being present at the Marlands Shopping Centre in Southampton when the Christmas lights were turned on.

In America he has found fame as a book cover model for romance writers, and for 2012, plans to participate in further bodybuilding competitions at home.
