Stephen Donnelly (born 1975) is an Irish independent politician. He was elected as a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Wicklow constituency at the 2011 general election. A graduate of University College Dublin (UCD) and the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), Donnelly spent most of his career as a management consultant with McKinsey & Company.

He is graduate of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government, having complete a Masters’ degree in Public Administration and International Development in 2008.

Donnelly is generally regarded as being centre right and is ideologically linked to the independent TD Shane Ross

Donnelly currently sits in the Dáil Éireann Technical group.

Patrick Honohan (born in Dublin, October 1949) is an economist who was appointed Governor of the Central Bank of Ireland in September 2009. Among his main tasks are the challenge of helping to resolve the 2008–2012 Irish banking crisis. He is married with one son.

Honohan graduated with a B.A. in Economics and Mathematics at University College Dublin in 1971 and received an M.A. from the same institution in 1973. From the London School of Economics he received an M.Sc. in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics (1974) and a PhD (1978).

Before pursuing postgraduate research, Honohan took a position with the International Monetary Fund in 1971. While completing his PhD in London, he joined the economics staff of the Central Bank of Ireland. During the 1980s, he was Economic Advisor to Taoiseach Garret FitzGerald and subsequently began working with the World Bank. Honohan then spent seven years as a Research Professor with the Economic and Social Research Institute before returning to the World Bank in 1998 as a Lead Economist and subsequently Senior Advisor on financial sector policy.

Lucinda Creighton (born 20 January 1980) is an Irish Fine Gael politician. She has been a Teachta Dála (TD) for the Dublin South–East constituency since 2007. She was appointed the Minister of State for European Affairs in March 2011.

Originally from County Mayo, she is a graduate of Trinity College, Dublin, where she gained a Law degree (LL.B.) in 2002. She was a member of the Trinity College branch of Young Fine Gael, as was fellow 2007 Dáil entrant Leo Varadkar.

In 2003 she qualified as an Attorney at law for the state of New York. She was called to the Irish bar in 2005.

She is married to Fine Gael Senator Paul Bradford.

Creighton is a former Vice President of Youth of the European People's Party. She was elected to Dublin City Council in 2004 to represent the Pembroke local electoral area and served until 2007. She was elected to Dáil Éireann at the 2007 general election. She was the youngest member (see Baby of the Dáil) of the 30th Dáil and the first to be born in the 1980s.

She was party Deputy spokesperson on Foreign Affairs with special responsibility for European Affairs from 2007–10. She has been critical of party leader Enda Kenny. In July 2010 she criticised what she termed the "cute hoor politics" in Fine Gael.

Vincent Browne (born 17 July 1944) is an Irish print and broadcast journalist. He is a columnist with The Irish Times and The Sunday Business Post and a part time barrister.

From 1996 until 2007, he presented a nightly talk-show on RTÉ Radio, Tonight with Vincent Browne, which focussed on politics, the proceedings of tribunals on political corruption and police misconduct. He now presents Tonight with Vincent Browne on TV3, which broadcasts from Monday to Thursday at 11.05pm. The Guardian has described him as an "acerbic host...Ireland's Jeremy Paxman."

Born in 1944, he grew up in Broadford, County Limerick, where he attended the local national school. He spent a year at the Irish language college in Ring, County Waterford, then a year at St. Mary's secondary school in Dromcolliher, County Limerick, before going to Castleknock College (1957–1962). He graduated from University College Dublin with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics and Economics. He also founded the oldest surviving UCD newspaper, the College Tribune, in 1986.
