Matt Damon and Barack Obama are no longer bros, at least according to Matt Damon.
“He broke up with me,” Matt Damon said. “There are a lot of things that I really question, you know: the legality of the drone strikes, and these NSA revelations they’re, you know, it’s like, they’re, you know, Jimmy Carter came out and said we don’t live in a democracy. That’s, that’s a little, that’s a little intense when an ex-president says that. So, you know, he’s got some, some explaining to do, particularly for a constitutional law professor.”
Damon also ripped into Florida’s legal system, blasting George Zimmerman and the verdict in the trial over the shooting death of Trayvon Martin. “We have a police force for that, we should leave the novices at home,” he said.
