Anger management

Anger management is training for temper control and is the skill of remaining calm and composed. It has been described as deploying anger successfully. Anger is frequently a result of frustration, or of feeling blocked or thwarted from something we feel to be important. Anger can also be a defensive response to underlying fear or feelings of vulnerability or powerlessness. Anger management programs consider anger to be a motivation caused by an identifiable reason which can be logically analyzed and if suitable worked toward.

Ideal goal of anger management is to lead an anger-free life. Anger is an active emotion that calls the person feeling it to respond. People get into anger issues because both the instigator and instigated lack interpersonal and social skills to keep their cool. They can train to respond to their anger as unwanted and unpleasant rather than react to its need.Turning a blind eye or forgiveness is a tool to turn anger off. Getting enough sleep, exercise and good diet is a tool for preventing anger. Professionals who deal with those who have trouble managing anger include mental health counselors, social workers, psychologists and psychiatrists.

Adam Sandler

Adam Richard Sandler (born September 9, 1966) is an American actor, comedian, screenwriter, film producer, and musician. After becoming a Saturday Night Live cast member, Sandler went on to star in many Hollywood feature films that combined have grossed over $2 billion at the box office. He is best known for his comedic roles, such as in the films Billy Madison (1995), the sports comedies Happy Gilmore (1996) and The Waterboy (1998), the romantic comedy The Wedding Singer (1998), Big Daddy (1999), and Mr. Deeds (2002), and voicing Dracula in Hotel Transylvania (2012) and Hotel Transylvania 2 (2015). Allen Covert

Allen Stephen Covert (born October 13, 1964) is an American comedian, actor, writer, and producer best known for his frequent collaborations with actor Adam Sandler.

Personal life

Covert was born in West Palm Beach, Florida, the son of Elizabeth Ann (née Duhy) and Stephen Covert. He was educated at New York University, where he was a classmate and Sigma Phi Epsilon fraternity brother of Adam Sandler. The two have remained friends since, and have also developed a professional partnership that has continued throughout both of their careers. Covert has served as a performer, writer, and/or producer for almost every film and comedy album Sandler has ever released. Covert currently resides in California.

Covert's father was Jewish and his mother was a Southern Baptist; Covert identifies as Jewish. Covert is generally considered a political conservative.

Career

Covert's first film role, as a bartender, was in Sandler's 1989 film Going Overboard. He had minor parts in several subsequent Sandler films before his first prominent role in 1998's The Wedding Singer alongside Sandler and Drew Barrymore. Covert would continue to have fairly large roles in Sandler's next four films, including one in Little Nicky for which he gained 40 pounds. He eventually settled back into smaller walk-on and single-scene appearances in Sandler's films beginning with 50 First Dates in 2004. However, in 2006 Covert starred in the comedy Grandma's Boy, his first (and only) role as the top-billed actor. Sandler didn't act in that film but served as an executive producer. Covert has also had small roles in two films that neither star or are produced by Sandler: Never Been Kissed and Late Last Night.

Krista Allen

Krista Allen (born April 5, 1971) is an American model and actress. She is best known for her work in the television series, Days of Our Lives, and Baywatch Hawaii, and in the Hollywood films Liar Liar, Confessions of a Dangerous Mind, Anger Management, and The Final Destination. She also portrays the eponymous character on The CW series Significant Mother, and starred in the erotic movie series Emmanuelle in Space.

Early life

Krista Allen was born in Ventura, California. Allen has an older brother, Dalton Earl Allen, Jr. She grew up in Houston and later lived in Austin, Texas, going to school at Austin Community College and majoring in education. Krista transferred to, and graduated from, the University of Texas with an education degree. She considered teaching as a profession, interning as a kindergarten teacher, but decided to move back to California and pursue an acting career. Allen also is a certified yoga instructor.

Career

She appeared on the television shows Days of Our Lives in the role of Billie Reed from 1996–2000, and Baywatch Hawaii as Jenna Avid (2000-2001).
