Crossroads
Crossroads, our new video project on migrant workers, refugees, and stateless people in Malaysia, focuses on Indonesian migrant communities in separate locations in Klang Valley, Selangor and Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. Activities in both locations are being conducted in partnership with MalaysiaKini's Citizen Journalists Malaysia (CJMY) project.
In our most recent strategic plan EngageMedia identified migration as a key program focus due to the critical situation of many migrant workers and stateless people. Given our strategic position as a regional media organisation, we believe that can work across multiple countries to raise the profile of these issues.
