Very Important Person

A very important person (VIP) is a person who is accorded special privileges due to his or her status or importance.

Examples include celebrities, heads of state or heads of government, other politicians, major employers, high rollers, high-level corporate officers, wealthy individuals, or any other notable person who receives special treatment for any reason. The special treatment usually involves separation from common people, and a higher level of comfort or service. In some cases such as with tickets, VIP may be used as a title in a similar way to premium. These "VIP tickets" can be purchased by anyone, but still meaning separation from other customers, own security checks etc.

VIP syndrome

VIP syndrome is when a perceived VIP uses his/her status to influence a given professional to make unorthodox decisions under the pressure or presence of the individual. The phenomenon can occur in any profession that has relationships with wealthy, famous, and powerful clients or patients, particularly medical or airline professions. One example is the 2010 Polish Air Force Tu-154 crash.

V.I.P. were a Hungarian pop boy band.

History

They represented Hungary in the Eurovision Song Contest 1997 with the song "Miért kell, hogy elmenj?" ("Why Do You Have To Go?"). They tied for twelfth place with Greece with 39 points. One of them, Viktor Rakonczai composed the song Szívverés for Csézy, who represented Hungary in the Eurovision Song Contest 2008.

I2P

The Invisible Internet Project (I2P) is an overlay network and darknet that allows applications to send messages to each other pseudonymously and securely. Uses include anonymous Web surfing, chatting, blogging and file transfers. The software that implements this layer is called an I2P router and a computer running I2P is called an I2P node.

The software is free and open source and is published under multiple licenses. The name I2P is derived from Invisible Internet Project, which, in pseudo-mathematical notation, is represented as I²P.

Technical design

I2P is beta software since 2003. Developers emphasize that there are likely to be bugs in the software and that there has been insufficient peer review to date. However, they believe the code is now reasonably stable and well-developed, and more exposure can help development of I2P.

The network itself is strictly message-based (like IP), but there is a library available to allow reliable streaming communication on top of it (similar to TCP, although from version 0.6 there is a new UDP-based SSU transport). All communication is end-to-end encrypted (in total there are four layers of encryption used when sending a message), and even the end points ("destinations") are cryptographic identifiers (essentially a pair of public keys), so that neither sender nor recipient of a message need to reveal their IP address to the other side or to third-party observers.

Vijay Ishwarlal Pawar (or V.I.P) is an Indian T. V. comedy actor.

Career

In 2008, VIP won the second season of the comedy reality contest show Comedy Circus on Sony TV with his partner Juhi Parmar. The duo of VIP and Swapnil Joshi were finalists in the first season of the show in 2007. VIP is well known for his mimicry. He can do instant mimicry of more than 150 actors of Bollywood.

Obvious Cherevin is hiding something so Jack goes to meet him, and he says he will bring his fiancé along. But Cathy shows up and Jack has to tell her the truth. Harper says Cathy has to go with Jack when she meets Cherevin. Jack doesn't want her to but Cathy says she's going. So the action begins that leads to the climax...
