A film festival is an organized, extended presentation of films in one or more cinemas or screening venues, usually in a single city or region. Increasingly, film festivals show some films outdoors. Films may be of recent date and, depending upon the festival's focus, can include international and domestic releases. Some festivals focus on a specific film-maker or genre (e.g., film noir) or subject matter (e.g., horror film festivals). A number of film festivals specialise in short films of a defined maximum length. Film festivals are typically annual events. Some film historians do not consider Film Festivals as official releases of film, like Jerry Beck. The best known film festivals are the Venice Film Festival, the Cannes Film Festival, the Toronto Film Festival, Sundance Film Festival, and the Berlin International Film Festival, the latter being the largest film festival worldwide, based on attendance. The Venice Film Festival is the oldest major festival. The Melbourne International Film Festival is the largest film festival in the Southern Hemisphere and one of the oldest in the world. A 2013 study found 3,000 active films festivals worldwide—active defined as having held an event in the previous 24 months.

A professor warns him that things are different at this school and that Nick will need to conform, including getting a shorter haircut. He makes only one friend, Howard Carter, and is soon subjected to hazing and insults from other students, including a fraternity that rejects him.
A seductive waitress, Susie Ward, causes a fight that leads to a rift between Nick and Howard, and the latter being placed on academic probation. The architecture professor's secretary, Sharon Wallace, takes an interest in Nick and his troubles at school.

...in memory of one of the greatest humans ever created, truly, JP Auclair. An unbelievable skier, one of the absolute all-time best - but skiing was just a sliver of his talents, and the gifts he gave our world. His brilliantly creative mind understood the essence of progression, but it was his incredibly humble, kind, and humorous nature that brought it to reality. Hard working, optimistic, and always caring - for the environment, for humanity, for friends and family. "All The Things" is a collection of individual narratives, unified by a cohesive style. Our intention was to work on a short, simple piece. As many of you know, sometimes personal projects evolve and take on a mind of their own. As the months rolled along, we found ourselves frequently going back and adding more content to each scene. We had a lot of fun allowing our imagination drive the development of the various narratives. Full project breakdown and BTS here: https://www.behance.net/gallery/45468431/All-the-Things

“All Day All Night” is a short documentary featuring legendary rapper Del the Funky Homosapien (Gorillaz, Deltron 3030, Hieroglyphics). We met in São Paulo in a skateboarding session where he talked about his struggle to improve his flatground ollie and music. The film builds a parallel between his thoughts and the chaotic urban aesthetic of São Paulo. Those images came from the b-rolls of the upcoming documentary “Concrete Poetry” that narrates the birth of São Paulo underground hip-hop movement set to be realised in 2017. All this time I've been trying hard to hear you
To understand you and to console you
I know your life, and it's never been that simple
But now's the time to close the circle
To start over again it's something scary
I know those bruises in your heart are there forever
But now's the time to start again stronger than ever
And show the world in your own way that you are never gonna go through this again
You know he never loved you, you know he never wanted you
He stabbed you in the back and he broke your heart in half
But that will make you stronger, no suffering, no longer
You learned from your mistakes and there ain't no coming back
Now go enjoy your life and you're gonna laugh so hard
You're never gonna cry once again for a guy
You know he never loved you, you know he never wanted you
But at least you learned somehow
But if now you cannot stop thinking of his love
And his kisses, and his caresses
If in the night can't sleep because you miss him
Just remember the thing you've been through
To start over again it's something scary
I know those bruises in your heart are there forever
But now's the time to start again stronger than ever
And show the world in your own way that you are never gonna go through this again
You know he never loved you, you know he never wanted you
He stabbed you in the back and he broke your heart in half
But that will make you stronger, no suffering, no longer
You learned from your mistakes and there ain't no coming back
