Souss-Massa-Drâa (Arabic:سوس ماسة درعة) was a former region of Morocco. It covered an area of 70,880km² and had a population of 3,601,917 (2014 census). The capital is Agadir. One of the major languages spoken in this region of Morocco is Tashelhit.
In 2005, the Wali of Souss-Massa-Drâa was Rachid Filali.

Much of Morocco’s central and southern regions were impacted, including Marrakech-Safi, Draa-Tafilet, Sous-Massa, and Beni Mellal-Khenifra ... in the Middle Atlas and Tashelhit in the Sous are spoken.
