In this photo released by Mexico's Secretary of the Interior, structures lay in ruins at the site of a landslide in the village of La Pintada, Mexico, Thursday, Sept. 19, 2013. La Pintada was was affected by the twin paths of Tropical Storm Manuel and Hurricane Ingrid, which simultaneously pounded both of Mexico's coasts over the weekend, triggering floods and landslides across coastal and inland areas.

File - "The damaged Blow Out Preventer (BOP), along with the Lower Marine Riser Package (LMRP) Cap, have been removed from the Gulf of Mexico and are currently on board the Q4000.
