Samir Beloufa (Arabic: سمير بلوفة) (born 27 August 1979 in Melun, Seine-et-Marne) is an Algerian former football player.
Beloufa transferred to Helsingborg from the Belgium club Westerlo in March 2007. He also played with Mouscron and Germinal Beerschot in Belgium. In the Italian Serie A he played for AC Milan and for Monza in Serie B.
In November 2008, his contract with Helsingborg was not extended and he was released.
Beloufa has made nine appearances for the Algeria national football team since 2004. He was part of the Algerian 2004 African Nations Cup team, who finished second in their group in the first round of competition before being defeated by Morocco in the quarter-finals.
Artes Mundi (Latin: arts of the world) is an international biennial contemporary art exhibition and prize, held in Wales and organised by a non-profit arts charity of the same name.
Since 2003 the Artes Mundi art prize has been held every two years at the National Museum Cardiff. The prize is the biggest art prize in the United Kingdom with £40,000 for each year’s winner. Though the prize has included artists who use traditional media, like paint, this is usually only part of their practice, with the focus being very much on conceptual approaches. Though the exhibition takes place in Cardiff, the focus is on international artists.
In 2014/15 Artes Mundi 6 expanded beyond the National Museum and shared the exhibition of shortlisted works with Chapter Arts Centre, Cardiff, and Turner House Gallery, Penarth.
Artes Mundi was founded in 2002 by Welsh artist William Wilkins. Its founding Artistic Director and CEO was Tessa Jackson, formerly the Director of the Scottish Arts Council. In 2010, Ben Borthwick was appointed Artistic Director and CEO, after Jackson left to take the helm at InIVA. Borthwick's previous role was as Assistant Curator at Tate Modern. In 2013 the director became Karen MacKinnon, formerly of the Glynn Vivian Gallery, Swansea and Chapter, Cardiff

The streets of Paris are taken by barricades and furious protesters. Antonio and Giorgio, an eccentric and improbable couple, take refuge in the Hotel Occidental. Diana, the hotel manager, instantly suspects their attitude and calls the police. With no proper evidence, the officers and the hotel crew find themselves on a series of absurd anecdotal events involving homophobia, racism, misogyny, terrorist threats and political manipulations. The situation unfolds on a funny and tangled story that reflects satirically the uneasy context of our time.
MoMA presents a screening program featuring work by French-Algerian artist Neïl Beloufa, in conjunction with the exhibition Projects 102: Neïl Beloufa.
Altijd vanavond
Onder de hemel
Altijd vanavond
Onder de hemel
M"n ogen open, m'n ogen dicht
Zo is het donker, zo is het licht
De wereld draait, draait om een spil
Alles beweegt, alles staat stil
Mijn hersens niet mijn herder
Is dit mijn hand, telkens ietsje verder?
Ik voel het nu
Ik raak de wereld aan
Ik voel het nu
Het is nooit gedaan
Altijd vanavond
Onder de hemel
Altijd vanavond
Onder de hemel
Mijn hersens niet mijn herder
Is dit mijn hand, telkens ietsje verder?
Ik voel het nu
Ik raak de wereld aan
Ik voel het nu
Het is nooit gedaan
Altijd vanavond
Onder de hemel
Altijd vanavond
