Hi, Guys! Please help. I have an idle problem on my 1999 WingRoad WFY11, OG15DE. The gauge is on 1000rpm ( ref spec. ; 800 +/- 50 rpm for A/T) but it fluctuates. The amplitude of fluctuation is small. There are also some typical surging noises in the engine room when the engine is running. When I'm driving on the road at about 50km/h the gauge shows that the rpm is 1500rpm and the fluctuation decreases at this rpm. But I can still hear the surging noises from the engine room. The engine check light doesn't turn on. I've tried to fix this problem by; 1) Taking the throttle body off, and then cleaning it. (Nothing changes, the problem remains). 2) Checking the resistance of the IACV. 22 ohm on each coil side( ref. ; spec. 20~24 ohm at 20 degree C), which I think is appropriate for coil resistance and so I don't think it's the IACV causing the problem. 3) Checking the resistance of TPS, Closed; 4.5kΩ, fully open 0.9 kΩ. Checking the out voltage between signal port to ground when engine is running ; idle 1V, about 2,500 rpm; 3.8V 4) For the MAF sensor, checked the out voltage between signal port to ground when engine is running ; idle 1.5V, about 2,500 rpm; 2.1V The data I obtained matches the specifications on the FSM( Sentra B15, QG engine). Anyway I bought a 2nd hand throttle body ass'y, and I replaced the old TPS with the 2nd hand TPS. I went for a test drive and the car ran fine, but still had the same problem. So then I replaced the old IACV with the 2nd hand IACV. I went for a test drive and the car ran fine again, but still had the same problem. To check for a vacuum leak, I disconnected the PCV Hose from the air duct. Problem remained. From the EGR valve, I disconnected the harness. Problem remained So what should I do? Please help Guys!
