This video is of the Hunt family performing at the Red River Revel in Shreveport, LA in October of 2013. The Revel is a decades-old festival in downtown Shreveport. It is where Kenny Wayne Shepherd performed as a 15 year old, on a stage that was set up just a few hundred yards from where the Hunts performed. About 10 blocks west of there is where the Louisiana Hayride took place, giving Elvis, Hank Williams, and so many others their start in the music business. Back to the Revel....it is a well-known event, and people from all over the country come there to experience it. I even saw Emelda Marcos there in in the mid to late 70s. (the 5000-pairs-of-shoes first lady of the Philippines, for those who are not so old) This video is of the second half of their show. Another video I have up of them is the entire concert from the next night. I plan on breaking this video into individual songs, and I also plan to list the songs under this longer video, with the start times.
