Local Business Marketing (336) 310-9322
http://TriadInternetMarketing.com
Have you ever wondered why some local businesses seem to be thriving by marketing themselves only on the Internet? So did we. And we discovered that you must start with Google.
However, you have to go above and beyond it to make the Web a real game changer for your small local business.
There are thousands of different ways to market your business on the Internet. But we know you're very busy so today, we chose these 10 tips listed below:
1. Google+ Local
Even if your business was founded under a cave and you only started it last year, it is likely that it will have a presence on Google+ Local. Your mission is to make sure that the information on your page is accurate.
To do that, you just need to claim it and make sure that you build a great listing. Google can guide you through the verification process. They will even help you make your listing great.
2. Check Business Data Aggregators For Accuracy And Consistency
Google, as well as almost every local search platform and a directory, uses business data from one or more of these data aggregators:
Localeze
Acxiom
InfoGroup
Don't forget to check for any mistakes as they would be duplicated across the Internet.
3. Merge Your Google+ Business Page With Your Local Page
Unless you are a business that operates within a service area, you should merge your Google+ Business Page with your Local Page. If you do operate within a certain service area, then you can use the old Google Places Dashboard to manage your listing.
4. Remember That Bing And Yahoo! Have Their Own Local Search Platforms
Bing Local and Yahoo! Local might not be as big as Google's local search platform, but they can still drive business your way. Check out Lisa Barone's post about how to verify a Bing listing.
5. Spread The Word On Other Local Directories
You might think that you will not get any business from YellowPages.com or Local.com, but you are probably wrong. There are dozens of sites like these with hundreds of thousands of visitors -- some of them, like InsiderPages.com, have millions of visitors per month.
As an added bonus, accurate and consistent presence will strengthen your rankings in Google+ Local.
6. Get Reviewed In As Many Websites As Possible
You can't openly solicit reviews and you can't fake them either. What you can do is integrate the "review process" into your daily business operations.
Include a message that asks for public feedback in your email signature. You can also make sure you get reviewed in websites other than Google. This will provide you with additional credibility and a ranking boost in Google+ Local.
7. Seize The Day On Twitter
It's possible to build a following on Twitter even if you got your business license only a month ago. Your goal on Twitter should be to connect with other local business and people in your local market.
Don't sell anything to your Twitter followers -- help them instead. They will remember you when they need help with something you do or sell. Just make sure you don't sound like a broken record.
8. Your Business Needs Friends On Facebook
You can start by making an awesome Facebook Business Page. However, don't stop there.
Offer exclusive discounts and deals on your Facebook Page (be sure to follow the terms and guidelines), and promote them in your everyday business operations. Engage your Facebook community, but don't suffocate them with dozens of daily updates.
9. Make Friends With Local Journalists
I apologize for misleading you. You can't implement this tip today. But you can start your journey by commenting on a story that your future journalist friend wrote.
Be insightful. You don't have to flatter them. Make them think. Add value. Send them a story idea that has nothing to do with your business. Have coffee with them. Write a blog post about something they covered and reference their writing.
Oh yeah -- don't stop doing newsworthy things that journalists care about the most.
10. Join Your Local Chamber of Commerce
I know. This one comes with a price tag. Before you dismiss this tip completely, consider that there are only a few marketing decisions you can make today that have the potential to get you more business, save you money and provide a solid benefit in local search -- joining your local Chamber of Commerce would be one of those decisions.
If you implement even just half of these tips, your local business is likely to grow. Remember to take care of your customers and engage with them.

Greensboro Local SEO (336) 310-9322
http://www.TerryPower.com
Greensboro Local SEO is evolving quickly. For instance, Google recently began the process of integrating its old local directory product Google Places into Google+ Local. Also, just within the last two weeks or so Google announced the launch of a Google+ Local Dashboard for managing business pages, which provides insights, top search keywords, and easy access to Google's paid products. So, when you think about it the true late adopters online are small local businesses, which also means they represent the biggest area of growth for Google. As a result, Google has been investing considerable resources and tweaking its algorithm to accommodate local businesses and local searches.
Some reports suggest that as much as 43% of all Google searches have local intent (reports also suggest that the number exceeds 50% on mobile). This is critical for local Greensboro businesses and SEO's alike to appreciate since Google's local search algorithm is significantly different than it's regular, national search algorithm. One example is the importance of accurate and consistent local information (name, address, phone—also referred to as NAP information) when determining location for purposes of Google ranking one businesses versus another. If local Greensboro businesses do not maintain consistent and accurate NAP information on their site and across the Web (i.e. on directory sites like Yahoo, Merchant Circle, and ReferLocal) it's considered a negative ranking factor and can actually result in a local business not appearing in local search results or appearing toward the bottom of the results.
Another example of the difference between regular and local SEO includes the quantity and quality of reviews about a particular local business on Google+ Local, as well as recognized 3rd party review websites like Yelp and Citysearch.
Two final things—local businesses don't even need a physical website to rank in local search on Google; all they need is a Google+ Local page (and that's because of Google's blended search algorithm and search results display). Also, for local search purposes, "links" aren't as important as they are for purposes of ranking at the national level. Indeed, with a dozen or so business reviews, optimized NAP information, a handful of local (high authority) backlinks, a few minor tweaks to the businesses website (if they have one) and Google+ Local page, local businesses can quickly move in to the top few slots for major choice local intent keywords (i.e. pizza, Italian restaurant, commercial printer, etc) in no time!
What are some top tips for Greensboro SEO?
Claim and verify your free business listing on Google+ Local.
Ask your most loyal and happy customers to write reviews about your business on Google+ Local, Yelp, and Citysearch; provide specific instructions on how to write a review online. Include your request in regular communications with customers (Email, mail, phone).
Make absolutely certain that your business name, address, and phone number are consistent across all citations on the Web, including your website, Google+ Local, Yahoo Local, etc.
Get listed in local directories beyond Google+ Local (i.e. Facebook Business Pages, Merchant Circle, GetListed, ReferLocal, Best of the Web Local, etc.).
Build links. Think local—see how many links you can get from websites local to you, such as your local newspaper, Chamber of Commerce, non-profit organizations (if you donate to charities ask for a link), and local community blogs

Dentists Reputation Management (336) 310-9322 A Solution
Dentists Reputation Management (336) 310-9322
http://triadinternetmarketing.com/greensboro_marketing/reputation-management/
Proactive Dentists Reputation Management
From a practicing dentist's point of view, it makes a lot of sense to be proactive in protecting and managing his or her online reputation. A growing number of patients are inclined to check out a doctor's background on the Internet, and it may become an important factor in their decision to choose a doctor. The first challenge for a doctor is to ensure that the ratings and review websites maintain the latest information about the doctor's practice. Most such sites do not have a system to ask for such updates, and the sites expect the listed doctors to provide updates on their own.
Patients may get mixed up when two or more doctors have the same or similar names. It may lead to misplaced patient reviews and ratings. Sometimes a particular patient may have made an unfair, false, or incorrect accusation, which can be countered only if the doctor takes care to tell his side of the story. Apart from damage control in such instances, dentists should also reach out to ratings and review sites to provide accurate facts so that the chances of misinformation are minimized.
The challenge (and problem) of anonymous ratings
The Internet offers a great deal of anonymity, which can be misused to make irresponsible, incorrect, or false statements online, without any fear of being held accountable. Many individuals operate under pseudonyms on the Internet. So while they can hide their identity and protect their reputation, they can potentially jeopardize the reputation of a dentist or other professional online. To tackle this challenge, Google Plus has taken the initiative and revoked the ability of users to post reviews anonymously, or even pseudonymously.
While this kind of restriction is a welcome step for most businesses and professions, it poses another unique problem in the area of health care. Patients are usually willing to be most candid when their privacy is protected. Less than 5% of patients willingly give out their full names when providing feedback about a doctor online. Therefore, restriction of their privacy is a dilemma that may discourage patients from providing reviews and ratings about doctors and dentists on respected forums such as Google Plus.
Hire online reputation management experts like us
Dental practitioners who are looking to grow and expand their practices in their area can no longer afford to ignore the marketing power of the Internet. They should have a professional and dynamic website that creates an outstanding image for the dentist and practice. Secondly, such a website needs to be promoted professionally so that it achieves high rankings on all search engines, which allows the maximum number of local patients to reach the website. Thirdly, the dentist must be able to protect his or her reputation on third party websites on the Internet.
All these tasks can be performed efficiently and cost-effectively with the help of a professional SEO and online reputation management services provider like the people at Triad Internet Marketing. With the support of recognized experts in this area, it is possible to build an impeccable online reputation for a dentist, while following the highest ethical and professional standards.
It takes years to build an online reputation, and it can take one bad review that goes viral on the Internet to tear it down. With the growing influence of the World Wide Web in our lives, it is a smart move for practicing dentists to take the steps to build and protect their professional reputation online.

Greensboro SEO is important for the businesses that have a Greensboro presence rather than a global or national one. If your business relies on the walk- in traffic rather than ordering online, then TerryPower.com should be your first preference. SEO, Search Engine Marketing is a technique through which webmasters strive to make your website reach the top of search engine results and if the business is local, it can do wonders for the success of a business. Let us assume that you have a shoe store in Greensboro and if people in Greensboro need to buy shoes, they will not go to other states as they would first prefer the Greensboro store. And if you have us make your website appear at the top of search engine results, they'll find you when searching online.
Benefits of Greensboro SEO
There are numerous advantages of opting for Greensboro SEO, especially for entrepreneurs. In fact, it is important to approach a good SEO firm in order to establish a huge customer base. All web entrepreneurs should have complete understanding of it because it is the only way through which they can grab the attention of Greensboro customers. If a website is able to attract Greensboro customers, it will definitely start attracting traffic from all over the world. If someone selects us for their Greensboro SEO firm, all the keywords will be easily searchable in Greensboro search engines.
How it works
Greensboro SEO works better with small or Greensboro business and it can do wonders in increasing the popularity of the business. The main motive of the Greensboro SEO firm is to include the targeted area in the keyword, so that the Greensboro audience can easily locate them. Long tail keywords can be used for this purpose as they are much more effective to boost the efficacy of a Greensboro business. Suppose, someone has to promote SEO business in New York, the keywords may be 'SEO business New York'. It is a localized keyword and definitely the interested people in New York will approach the company, but if the mentioned keyword is 'SEO business', it seems to be quite generic and is more difficult (and thus more expensive) to rank
Greensboro SEO for small businesses
Greensboro SEO is the perfect strategy for owners of small businesses which are based in the Triad. It is always advised that the small business owners focus on the Greensboro audience first in order to achieve favorable results. We can guide the business owner about how to increase the efficacy of website and it may also include some basic tricks and tactics to grab the attention of customers. TerryPower.com, a Greensboro SEO firm, analyzes the main keywords and search engines used by Greensboro audience which is essential to target customers.
