I DON'T TALK TO THE BLACK OFFICERS BECAUSE THEY USUALLY GOT THEI ASS ON THEIR SHOULDERS AND MOSTLY ACT LIKE STUCK UP ASSHOLES EXCEPT FOR BLACK 2 GUYS. I DON'T TALK TO THE BLACK WOMEN FOR THE MOST PART BECAUSE THEY GOT THEIR HORSE ASSES ON THEIR FREAKING SHOULDERS AND ARE USUALLY WITH AN ATTITUDE FOR THE MOST PART. I HAVE GOOD REALTIONS WITH THE ALL THE WHITE POEPLE. The crux of my case is a $2 million claim against the Queens County, N.Y, District Attorney's office and the NYPD detachment who were caught by the Civilian Complaint Review Board (CCRB) in April of 2011, acting privately under the color of law for Congressman Gregory W. Meeks and Senator Shirley L. Huntley whom it is alleged in court papers supported by evidence, two Black Democrat Elected officials had engineered a plot back in December 2010 to have me, a Haitian National eliminated through false allegations as a threat to these two elected officials. The Cable Television Documentary airing this Saturday shows quite a different story than their silence now. It is alleged in court papers the NYPD was positioned to arrest and the Queens District Attorney would have been poised between two Black American Elected officials and would have then bombarded the press corps with falsehoods against me that would have led to incarceration and then deportation without due process it is alleged in court moving papers in Queens County, New York State, Supreme Court on Sutphin Boulevard in Jamaica, New York. I brought suit for the 2 million dollars approved by the NYC Comptroller's office substantiating an event occurred of egregious malfeasance which was supported by a CCRB report in April 2011 of an involvement by more than NYPD and out of CCRB jurisdiction. The lawsuit in Queens County, Supreme Court exposed it was I, Philippe Edouard Drice the plaintiff that triggered the initial investigations by the N.Y Attorney General, complaint #11-0073 against an alleged "Black Mafia" that led to the investigation, indictment and arrest of Senator Shirley Huntley's niece in 2011 and the domino effect led to Senator Shirley L. Huntley, Assemblywoman Vivian E. Cook, Councilman Ruben Wills and Senator Malcolm A. Smith who were all bagged in 2013 and my documentary airing on May 4, 2013 has the intent and design to provide to the public court certified video evidence on Congressman Gregory W. Meeks and the other elected officials belonging to an alleged Black Mafia in elected public offices running Southeast Queens, N.Y. Court papers also show a viable claim, the plaintiff was the tipster to the Daily News in 2011 that led to NYCHA getting exposed last year for all sorts of corporate blunders associated with evidence of waste and diversion of federal funds. I also submitted President Obama's administration allegations of the NYCHA malfeasance in 2010 and it appears now his administration is willfully blind.
