Saint Anthony of Padua (born Fernando Martins de Bulhões; 1195 – 13 June 1231), also known as Anthony of Lisbon, was a Portuguese Catholic priest and friar of the Franciscan Order. He was born and raised by a wealthy family in Lisbon and died in Padua, Italy. Noted by his contemporaries for his forceful preaching and expert knowledge of scripture, he was the second-most-quickly canonized saint after Peter of Verona. He was proclaimed a Doctor of the Church on 16 January 1946. He is also the patron saint of finding things or lost people.
Fernando Martins was born in Lisbon, Portugal. While fifteenth century writers state that his parents were Vicente Martins and Teresa Pais Taveira, and that his father was the brother of Pedro Martins de Bulhões, the ancestor of the Bulhão or Bulhões family, Niccolò Dal-Gal views this as less certain. His wealthy and noble family arranged for him to be instructed at the local cathedral school. At the age of fifteen, he entered the community of Canons Regular at the Augustinian Abbey of Saint Vincent on the outskirts of Lisbon.
Anthony of Padua (Italian:Antonio di Padova) is a 1949 Italian historical drama film directed by Pietro Francisci and starring Aldo Fiorelli, Silvana Pampanini and Carlo Giustini. The film portrays the life of Anthony of Padua (1195-1231).
St. Anthony Church may refer to:
St. Anthony of Padua is a Roman Catholic church at 427 Booth Street in Ottawa, Canada, in the heart of Little Italy.
Founded in 1908, the first church was a small chapel, but burnt down in 1913. Another church, designed by Guido Nincheri, was erected in 1913 to replace it. This structure was completed in 1925, however it was severely damaged by a fire just four years later. It was again rebuilt, this time with very little wood.
The church has long been the social centre of the Italian-Canadian community in Ottawa. Across the street is St. Anthony's School, a Catholic elementary school. The church is also the base for the St. Anthony Italia Soccer Club, one of Ottawa's most competitive amateur soccer teams. In front of the church is Piazza Dante where major social events are held. The largest of these is Italian Week, which attracts several thousand people and occurs every June beginning with the Feast of St. Anthony.

Padua (/ˈpædju.ə/ or US /ˈpædʒu.ə/, Italian: Padova [ˈpaːdova]) is a city and comune in Veneto, northern Italy. It is the capital of the province of Padua and the economic and communications hub of the area. Padua's population is 214,000 (as of 2011). The city is sometimes included, with Venice (Italian Venezia) and Treviso, in the Padua-Treviso-Venice Metropolitan Area, having a population of c. 1,600,000.
Padua stands on the Bacchiglione River, 40 kilometres (25 miles) west of Venice and 29 km (18 miles) southeast of Vicenza. The Brenta River, which once ran through the city, still touches the northern districts. Its agricultural setting is the Venetian Plain (Pianura Veneta). To the city's south west lies the Euganaean Hills, praised by Lucan and Martial, Petrarch, Ugo Foscolo, and Shelley.
It hosts the renowned University of Padua, almost 800 years old, and famous, among other things, for having had Galileo Galilei among its lecturers.
The city is picturesque, with a dense network of arcaded streets opening into large communal piazze, and many bridges crossing the various branches of the Bacchiglione, which once surrounded the ancient walls like a moat.
Former Antonveneta Padova is a professional Volleyball team of Pallavolo Padova (till 1999 Petrarca Volley, till 2009 Sempre Volley), based in Padua, Italy. It plays in Italian Volleyball League. Anthony, if you can hear me
I hope that you are better
now that the worst of things
came knocking upon your door
His face was like real estate
Intending to mold your fate
he got what he came for.
Making out in the 6th grade.
You were so ahead of your time.
I didn't bother to make out
till I was f*cking 99.
In the gymnasium
befriending the big girls,
letting the white boys
join in the freestyle.
Alright, Alright
goodnight, goodnight
Alright, Alright goodnight
Now that you're number one
Get down on your
graveyard knees
Cut loose from this
Newburgh scene.
Return to the fragrant trees.
No animal vacancy.
No cheap mediocrity.
No evidence in the sky.
No eyes to see me cry.
