The Security Council unanimously adopts resolution 2111 (2013), reaffirming the arms embargoes on Somalia and Eritirea. The Council also decided that until March 2014, some exceptions would apply to the embargo on Somalia, solely for the development of the Security Forces of the Federal Government of Somalia, to provide security for the Somali people.
