With extensive travels around the world from eating on the streets of the world to the best restaurants, gives me connection to foods of the world and also I could relate my self to the places around the world as each dish is delivered to the table in front of me.
There is so much special about NOMA experience, most of all the people who are creating the experience too.
In the sky there is not distinction of best and worst people like you and I create distinction out of our own minds and then believe them to be true.
So my dear kid human try and trust your self and discover life and through an open and natural means.

I love this local area, The restaurant is located in an old warehouse on the waterfront in the Christianshavn neighbourhood of central Copenhagen.
My exploration around the world and reaching out to the remote tribes and wanting to learn and understand about way of life of our remote tribes and some of the foods that come on our tables today are from these remote places on earth.
I have been asking one question much of the time please leave your thoughts
to explore such concepts as "do we need a dining room"?
In 2010, 2011 and 2012 has been ranked as the Best Restaurant in the World.

Noma my perfect storm is a creative journey into the unique mind of René Redzepi.
How did Redzepi manage to revolutionize the entire world of gastronomy, inventing the alphabet and vocabulary that would infuse newfound pedigree to Nordic cuisine and establish a new edible world while radically changing the image of the modern chef? His story has the feel of a classic fairy tale: the ugly duckling transformed into a majestic swan, who now reigns over the realm of modern gourmet cuisine. But beneath the polished surface, cracks appear in the form of old wounds. 2013 stands as the worst year in René Redzepi’s career.
We follow him as he fights his way back to the top, reinventing NOMA and reclaiming the title of best restaurant in the world in 2014 for the fourth time.

The 5th day of the Snapchat Story from my foodie trip to Copenhagen in August 2015 become one of the most crazy food days in my life thus far. Linn & I start out with a morning workout to prepare ourselves for the tasks ahead! At 12:00 we arrive at Noma on bikes and are welcomed warmly in the door. We have lunch there for no less than 6 hours! Afterwards we cycle to Jægersborggade for more wine at Terroiristen and Antidote before we move ourselves to Østerbro. On the rooftop of one of the buildings we find Stedsans at ØsterGRO, a restaurant and urban farm with the motto "clean, simple, local". A social dinner with some amazing Danish people lasts all evening, but we had made a promise earlier. To visit our good friend at Yuca Taco one last time. It did not matter it was 7 km and 25 minutes of cycling to get there! We arrive way past midnight and are lucky enough to get the final two tacos. A great success! Check the next episode where I visit the molecular gastronomy kitchen of the Alchemist in addition to celebrating Relæ's 5-year-old birthday.

It is a great success, though, and René Redzepi wins two Michelin stars within four years.
Claus also invites ministers, top managers from food companies, food journalists and premium chefs from the Nordic countries to a symposium where a manifesto for the new Nordic cuisine is grounded. The values are adopted by the Nordic Council of Ministers to the Aarhus Declaration.

In the midst of a global appetite for all things Scandinavian: furniture, television and especially food, superstar chef René Redzepi (Noma) offers an intimate look – through excerpts of his book, A Work in Progress – at one of the world’s top restaurants.
Redzepi’s Copenhagen restaurant, Noma, is ranked number two in the world – and he’s become a global success by focusing on regional, seasonal Nordic cuisine. It’s a philosophy that chimes perfectly with the times. He’s been described by the Guardian as ‘a gifted cook with an extraordinary palate’ and the ultimate antidote to ‘beige’ dining.

In 2015, Slush brought together 15.000 attendees, including 1.700 startups, 800 venture capital investors and 630 journalists from exactly 100 countries. People from more than half of the world’s countries traveled to the cold and dark Helsinki, with the ambition of taking their business to the next level.
Slush is a non-profit event organized by a community of entrepreneurs, investors, students and festival organizers. Although Slush has grown from a 300-person event to become one of the leading events of its kind in the world, the philosophy behind it has remained the same: to help the next generation of great, world-conquering companies forward.

Claus Meyer was born in Nykobing Falster, Denmark, in 1963. With the Nordic Cuisine Manifesto he set out to change the scandinavian food culture by fostering local agriculture, honouring the environment and creating dishes with a uniquely Nordic identity. He promoted these ideas on television, in books and by co-founding the prize-winning restaurant Noma in Copenhagen with Rene Redzepi. With a tireless drive to improve our well-being and tackle social problems, Meyer has set up many food-related projects and companies. Through his Melting Pot Foundation he inspires the whole world e. g. a food movement and a culinary culture in Bolivia, where he opened the gourmet restaurant Gustu.

Søren Wiuff is one of the most prominent and forward-thinking farmers in Denmark. Taking over the family farm at Brogård, in the southernmost Lammefjord, not long ago he made his living working an almost entirely monoculture farm of carrots. However, he always held a tiny plot of odd vegetables for himself and a few small restaurants on which to experiment with different crops.
Over the last several years, Søren has worked closely with René Redzepi of noma and other leading Copenhagen restaurants and, today, operates a polyculture producing renowned, organic asparagus, multiple varieties of cabbage, legumes and even better carrots.
