Proof that Weather in UK is part of an EU directive.
Proof that Weather in UK is part of an EU directive.
Making Space for Water. So, while we watch the infrastructure of the UK, crumble under a sea of water, while we join the "lets stop foreign aid and spend it at home" lobby and while we agree with each other that the Government have been too slow to act, lets just look at this from another perspective. A EU directive dated 23 Oct 2007 talks of the need to allow strategic flooding in certain areas. The Environment Agency decided to allow this in March 2008. This means that the plan was to allow the running down of maintance to drainage which is required to geo-engineered land. So we are giving the EU 50 MILLION POUNDS EVERY DAY! We are allowing them to introduce policies that effectively create disasters with directives passed by agencies such as DEFRA and the Environment Agency. This Government have not been slow in acting at all, they are following the plan set out a decade ago. They brag that the banks will be giving millions to help, the same banks who were given Trillions of tax payers money in bail outs? Make no mistake about it, the farms that have been contaminated will be sold off at low prices to those with other plans for those areas. Greenpeace has confirmed that licenses have been offered to frackers in the Somerset levels already. So, you may agree with the media that its all the fault of climate change, notice how they have dropped the "Global warming" tag after it has been scientifically shown to be false! At the same time scientific documents exist that show that altering the earths magnetic field can influence rainfall and the HAARP facility in Alaska has just that capability. Why isnt anyone challenging the Government and pointing out that a DEFRA document of JULY 2004 entitled " Making space for water" shows, on page 23, the EU discussions of approaches in England, introducing a strategy of flooding? Because they all know they are following EU orders of a decade ago and this is a man made disaster, the documents speak for themselves. Making space for water...http://www.met.reading.ac.uk/~sws00rsp/teaching/consultation[1].pdf EU directive 2007/60/EC of 23 October 2007 on the assessment and management of flood risks, the so-called "Floods Directive". Flood Risk Regulations 2009, there, writ large, was Defra's "Making Space for Water" policy. The shift in policy can be seen with brutal clarity on the Commission website which gives priority to the "environment", citing a raft of EU measures, including the Water Framework Directive, the Habitats Directive, the Environmental Impact Assessment and the Strategic Environmental Assessment Directive. The Floods Directive is part of the package and this, we are sternly warned, has to be implemented by 2015. The UK is set to have the farming taken over by big industries that will involve thousands of cows being kept in conditions like that of battery hens fed genetically modified feed and never seeing the light of day, food prices soaring creating food poverty, fracking, crackdowns on peoples liberty more and more draconian measures, this is not just a case of a prolonged bout of bad weather, this is the case of this country deliberately being brought to its knees and if you dont see it now, well, carry on untill the fat lady really does sing! http://www.ishtarsgate.com/forum/showthread.php?4882-The-deliberate-flooding-of-the-Somerset-Levels&p;=27845#post27845- published: 12 Feb 2014

Dużą część obszaru pokrywają zbiorowiska leśne. Oprócz borów bażynowych (ok. 75% powierzchni ostoi) występują tu dobrze zachowane, kwaśne i żyzne olsy i brzeziny bagienne. Ponad 50% obszaru zajmuje 9 typów siedlisk z załącznika I Dyrektywy Siedliskowej. 31.12.2013 Sylvester Party Berlin:Smart waiting for the passage to Pfaueninsel
Smart waiting for the passage to Pfaueninsel (Peacock Island) in the River Havel situated in Berlin-Wannsee, Pfaueninsel ("Peacock Island") is an island in the River Havel situated in Berlin-Wannsee, in southwestern Berlin, near the border with Potsdam and Brandenburg. The island is part of the Palaces and Parks of Potsdam and Berlin UNESCO World Heritage Site and a popular destination for day-trippers.[1] Pfaueninsel is also a nature reserve in accordance with the EU Habitats Directive and a Special Protection Area for wild birds. -- In the late 17th century the island was called Kaninchenwerder ("Rabbit Island") after a rabbit breeding station set up by Elector Frederick William I of Brandenburg of the Hohenzollern dynasty. From 1685, he gave the chemist Johann Kunckel financial aid to build a glass foundry in the east of the island, the whole of which became Kunckel's property. Here Kunckel discovered a process to produce artificial ruby (red) glass. After the elector's death in 1688, however, Kunckel gained no further support from Frederick William's heir. In 1689, the foundry was destroyed by a fire (possibly caused by arson), and Kunckel left in 1692 for Stockholm to work for the King of Sweden. Smart Automobile[1] (often called Smart Car) is an automotive branch of Daimler AG that specialises in manufacturing microcars. It is headquartered in Böblingen, Germany and has its main factory in Hambach, France. Its vehicles are marketed as smart, in all lower-case, with a brand logo that incorporates a letter "c" for "compact" and an arrow for "forward thinking". The design concept for smart cars began in the late 1980s, associated at the time with the Swatch brand of watches. After a period of backing by Volkswagen, the first model was finally launched by Daimler-Benz in October 1998. Several variants on the original design have been introduced, with the original design, called the Fortwo, now in its second generation and available as an electric version. Smart models are marketed globally, including in Asia, North and South America, Australia and in Europe — and have been the basis for conversions and design modifications by third parties, including electric conversions and performance upgrades. Brabus tuned production models are widely available.- published: 01 Jan 2014

Amazing,The Earth is shaking in Bad Buchau,Germany
Amazing,The Earth is shaking in Bad Buchau,Germany Bad Buchau (formerly Buchau) is a small town in the district of Biberach, Baden-Württemberg, Germany with about 4,000 inhabitants. It is situated near Lake Federsee, which is separated from the town by a wide reed belt. From the 13th century to the mediatisation of 1803, Buchau had the particularity of being the seat of both an Imperial Abbey and a Free Imperial City. In terms of area, it was one of the smallest such cities and its island situation eliminated the necessity to erect city walls and towers. Buchau, however, lost its insular benefits after the water level of Lake Federsee had been lowered on two occasions. Federsee is a lake located just north of Bad Buchau in the region of Upper Swabia in Southern Germany. It is surrounded by moorland, partially overgrown with reeds. With a size of 33 km² (8,155 acres), the area is one of the largest, groundwater fed, connected moorlands in Southern Germany. At its deepest point, Lake Federsee has a depth of 2 metres (6.5 feet). Federsee translates to 'feather lake' and its shape resembles that of a feather. However, the origin of its name is locally debated, with one camp defending the shape theory, and another championing the idea that the amount of feathers found on the lake's surface gave rise to its name. The most probable explanation for the origin of the name is, however, the Celtic word "pheder" which means marsh. Therefore the name refers to the origin of the lake itself and the surrounding landscape. The lake is encircled by the town of Bad Buchau, and the villages of Moosburg, Alleshausen, Seekirch, Tiefenbach, and Oggelshausen. The lake and its immediate surroundings are a designated Special Protection Area for the conservation of wild birds. Around 265 bird species live in the vicinity of the lake, 107 of which are breeding here. The lake is also populated by 200 breeding pairs of Whinchats and 18 breeding pairs of Marsh Harriers. Both are endangered species. The Lake Federsee area has been declared a Special Protection Area under the European Union Directive on the Conservation of Wild Birds and the Habitats Directive. Furthermore, the area is part of the European ecology network Natura 2000. The basin of Lake Federsee is famous for its excavations of Stone Age and Bronze Age artifacts, which are prominently displayed at the Federsee Museum. Since the lake is completely surrounded by belts of reed and bogs, it is impossible to access the lake directly. Therefore, a narrow wooden boardwalk approx 1.5 km (0.93 mi) in length was constructed. Starting near the parking area at the Federsee Museum, it leads through the reed belt until open water is reached. Here one finds an observation platform and boat rental facility. There are a variety of piers leading to different parts of the protected area, which otherwise would be inaccessible by foot. The village of Tiefenbach is located closest to the water. When Lake Federsee's surface is frozen during the winter months it is possible to walk from Tiefenbach to Bad Buchau across the frozen lake.
