Kanye West buys a pair of '$1-million armoured vehicles' to shuttle Kim Kardashian and baby daughter North
He and partner Kim Kardashian were recently singled out by President Obama for their opulent lifestyle warping the American dream.
But Kanye West will evidently spare no expense to possess two high-performance armoured vehicles to protect Kim Kardashian and their baby daughter North.
Inspired by the President's Limo One, the 36-year-old rapper has reportedly spent $1.2 million each for two Prombron Iron Diamonds by Dartz Motorz.
It's the Latvian company that angered PETA for featuring leather interiors made from the foreskin of a whale penis.
On the Dartz website, the Iron Diamond is said to prevent kidnapping, hijacking and 'other problems which can meet rich and lonely lady on the street.'
Two-month-old 'Nori' should rest easy inside the super-SUV 'built to withstand attacks from landmines and rocket-propelled grenades.'
'Kanye is fully aware that his new family is so high-profile they attract the attention of weirdos and psychopaths,' a source told the Daily Star. He aims to leave nothing to chance...His priority is to get delivery of the vehicles, especially Kim's, before he begins his US tour in October.'

Nicole's display of emotion comes amid rumours that her ex-boyfriend Lewis Hamilton is trying to win her back.
The stunning singer is said to have broken down in tears twice as she filmed scenes for the new series of X Factor at Wembley Arena last week.
The 35-year-old looked down in the dumps as she emerged from her London hotel on Tuesday morning, failing to raise a smile for photographers as she stepped out in skin-tight jeans and statement gold sandals.

Britney Spears blew $7million of her $14million conservatorship last year
She is regularly spotted picking up a coffee from Starbucks or stopping off for a treat at McDonalds. And while she clearly loves a bargain when it comes to clothes and food, Britney Spears managed to spend a whopping $7million last year on one too many good deals. According to TMZ, the star spent around half of her $14million conservatorship back in 2012 on a wide range of items varying from the thrifty, such as a Subway sandwich, to the extravagant - $3, 400 on Christmas lights.
Documents obtained by the website show she spent a total of $6.8million, which included $63.74 at a 99 Cents Plus, $11.92 at Pay 99 Cents Or Less and various receipts from a range of her favourite food chains, including Domino's, El Pollo Loco, McDonalds and In-N-Out. While much of what the 31-year-old spent her hard-earned cash on was cheap food, she also splashed out on a few extravagant items.
TMZ reports she spent $500 on a manicure and $1,500 went to Casey Alridge - the father of her sister Jamie Lynn's child.
The documents also reveal the singer's worth and shows that the conservatorship alone has $36.4 million which at this stage doesn't include her net worth.
